16: Debug Crystal [デバッグクリスタル] - Debug warping tool. See below. The description reads "デバッグようのクリスタル", or "Crystal for Debugging".
18: Battle Records [たたかいのきろく] - Using it displays "これまでのきろく" (Historical Records) but otherwise does nothing.
The description reveals much more about the item's intended use:

2B: Biscuit [ビスケット] - This (according to the description) has the same effect as the Gryphon Boots, which enables you to avoid the effects of damage floors. The only problem is that damage floors are practically nonexistent in this game. Also, the item is unusable anyway (weirdly, it can be used in battle against a single enemy, to no effect). Debug Room#
file:mystic_ark_debug_room.png
You can enter this room through the Debug Crystal while in the main Temple area. This room, in which you spawn inside a wall and must use hacks to get out (try 7E09A468 or otherwise modify RAM address 7E09A4 to 68 after entering), takes place on the Bloodhook ship and contains a variety of NPCs, all of which say generic inventory dialogue or the first line of gender choice at the game's start (which doesn't affect anything). The fox, however, runs an Inn for 50G. All exits are nonfunctional.
