Madden NFL '98 is the last one on the SNES, though at this point EA moved on and outsourced the development to Tiertex.

To access this screen, hold Select + Start + L + R + B on Controller 2 before turning on the game. A build date and time will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. To exit, press any button.
