Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA 2nd is the follow-up to the original game, setting the basis and foundation for the franchise such as duet songs, arrow and hold notes, better DLC, and the Extreme difficulty.
Unused Models#
An unused edit mode stage version of the Dining Room from VOiCE in fst00_01_25f.igb. It's unknown why this stage was cut from edit mode. There's no official name for it in the game's code. This stage wasn't carried over to Dreamy Theater 2nd or the Arcade games, but the file itself was under stgd2ns061.farc (dummied), since they use the same ordering as this game's edit mode stages.
Unused DSCs#
Removed Songs#
In Diva2Script.cpk, there's unused dscs for 4 songs. pv26 is Ievan Polkka, pv28 is Requiem for the Phantasma, pv29 is Electric Angel, and pv30 is Your Diva. However, technically 28-30 are DLC songs, but they were probably planned to not be DLC. These are ports of the DSCs from Diva 1st, so they have the commands from that game in this game's format (target data, PV data, etc.). Excluding Easy, most of these DSCs have duplicate data.
Ievan Polkka#
The Ievan Polkka Tutorial has dscs for all the difficulties, but they all have the same data as the used one, which is Normal's DSC.
