Various Already Failed And Already Completed#
There are unused lines for all the main gangs in the game. DMA Design planned to use the GTA 1's mission failure state where failing makes the mission no longer available for the rest of the session, as well as the inability to use phone booths belonging to a completed mission. The final game disables phones belonging to successful missions and imposes respect point penalties for failures instead.
