Track Data Without ID#

Some of these items include rally plates used for Special Conditions menu in Gran Turismo 4, which are not unique tracks per se. Eiger Nordwand and Tokyo R246 (the latter a playable track in GTPSP) also has them, as they are used as dynamic rally plates in Gran Turismo 5 and 6 on their Premium rally cars.
