Galaga '90

Galaga '90 is a port of the arcade Galaga '88, though the rename is a bit odd given its US release was in '89.

In the PC Engine version, pressing RUN during gameplay pauses the game, though the game will not allow pausing during a cutscene or death. The TurboGrafx-16 version changes the command to SELECT and allows pausing anywhere. In addition, it removes the "PAUSE" text when paused.
