Prototype

The image of Roguefort Cookie hushing has a sketch sprite of them. Notably, the face details are unfinished, as well as the cape and staff.

Prototype

Final

A sketch of the image of surprised Roguefort Cookie. Similar to the above image, but Roguefort Cookie's staff is unaltered.

Prototype

Final

An uncolored sketch of Fairy Cookie alarmed. There is not much of a difference between the images, except the leg poses are slightly different in the final version.

Prototype

Final

An uncolored sketch of Fairy Cookie embarrassed. There are no major differences between the sketch and the final image.

Fairy Cookie is wearing her normal clothes in the early image.

Prototype

Final

An uncolored sketch of Sparkling Cookie's concerned image. There are no significant differences aside from the drink in Sparkling Cookie's glass appearing flatter.

Birthday Cake Cookie making an angry appearance (internally referred to as "AUFKM", an online acronym for "are you fucking kidding me") has an early rendition that was strangely marked for use for Firecracker Cookie rather than Birthday Cake Cookie. This version uses an altered version of her basic stand sprite rather than a fully redrawn image. Other details include a clenched fist and choppy candle flames.

Unlike some of the other images, this image is still present in the files and has not been overwritten, likely because it was mislabeled as an image for Firecracker Cookie.

Early

A frustrated Pirate Cookie sketch made for the Secret of the Lost City's Sugartera cutscenes.

Early

Final

The only early graphic included with the Sugartera cutscenes that isn't a black and white sketch.

Similar to the final, except the early image has a white outline.

Lobster Cookie actually has a face in the early sketch, which was made absent in the final version.

Early

Final

Similarly to Lobster Cookie, Mocha Ray Cookie has a strange outline.

Again with the odd outlines here. A somewhat shabby attempt to draw over Mocha Ray Cookie's jewel can also be seen.

This just has a white outline and no shadows, otherwise it's near identical to the final image.

Early

Same as before.

Early

Ditto.

Do we have to repeat ourselves?

Vampire Cookie had his cutscene sprites use his normal appearance instead of him in his Romantic Lion costume. Given Vampire Cookie's lack of appearances in some material, it's possible his inclusion in the event was an idea late into the update's development. There is also purple handwriting on the image.

Early

Similar to the before image.

Like the Fairy Cookie Scared cutscene image, Sandwich Cookie is wearing her ordinary clothes in this image.

Cheerleader Cookie in this image uses the early design of the pajama costume she wears using a gray color scheme. Her face is also incomplete.

Early

Final

Again, this uses the early gray color scheme of the costume.

Early

Final

No major differences aside from the shading and such.

Early

Final

Ditto with above.

Early

Final

The sketch version uses a static pose, whereas the final version uses a thinking pose.

Early

Final

Croissant Cookie's surprised pose is much more expressive in the final version.

Early

Final

Croissant Cookie is once again a bit more expressive here in terms of posture compared to the sketch.

Early

Final

Again, a more expressive pose.

Early

Final

Even more expressive postures compared to the sketch version.

Early

Final

A very angry face on the stock pose to a more actiony pose.

Early

Final

No significant differences aside from a lack of shading.

Early

Final

No major differences aside from the shading and such.

Early

Final

Timekeeper gives a sheepish expression as a smile in the sketch version.

Early

Final

Timekeeper is visibly sweating in the sketch version compared to the final where her eyes narrow.

Early

Final

It seems as if Timekeeper Cookie wasn't going to be as stoic with emotion early on.

Early

Final

...And here, Timekeeper Cookie is actually angry instead of ominously threatening!

Early

Final

As per usual, the final pose is more expressive compared to the sketch.

Early

Final

Popping Candy Cookie has a more expressive pose, and it appears as if a full mouth for him wasn't drawn in the sketch.

Early

Final

Popping Candy Cookie is directly facing the camera in the final version.

Early

Final

Alongside a more expressive pose, Popping Candy Cookie is also partially facing away from the camera and has a less energetic pose.

Early

Final

Shining Glitter Cookie's eyes no longer glitter in the final version.

Early

Final

Early

Final

Shining Glitter Cookie's casual disguise is radically different compared to the final version. The early version is taken from the original concept art for Shining Glitter Cookie for an "OFF mode". The design was eventually altered to the one that appears in the final game.

Early

Final

Ditto with above, but now Shining Glitter Cookie is smiling.

Early

Final

Shading is added.

Early

Final

Shading is also added here.

Early

Final

Shading is yet again, added; as well as a more expressive pose.

Early

Final

Not only is shading is added, but extra spots are added in Spearmint Cookie's hair.

Early

Final

No smoke appears between them, and the color of the fade is different. Also crudely drawn.
