Metro

Some more screenshots, mainly in the Metro Redesign (especially Post-Release when necessary) versions are needed.

Metro actually goes through quite a lot of changes throughout development, including both the original and redesign versions.

An incredibly early build of what would become the Metro dashboard.
Visually almost identical to the Kinect dashboard, apart from the lower half of the background being a gradient of grey and dark purple, and the Windows Media Center tile being named "TV and media from your PC".
An internal dashboard with debugging features.
- Has a Shutdown Dash (DEBUG) button in Console Settings.
- Has a Shutdown XAM (DEBUG) button in Xbox Guide Settings.

The layout has been radically changed and more resembles the original Metro Dashboard.
Has a much whiter background.
Has a Discoverable button in Console Settings, which later became Connected Devices.

This build still uses the Kinect dashboard's 1st boot introduction.
The background is now much more of a gray gradient instead of being very white.
The final images have been added to most of the tabs.
Placeholder images seen on the buttons.
- Adding to this, where there should be images on the Home Tab simply "TBD" (To Be Determined) is shown instead as a placeholder.
Has a slightly more lime color accent, compared to the final Original Metro design.
The avatar silhouette appears to be oddly missing in this build.
Some icons have been changed compared to the previous version of the dashboard.
Has a Live TV button in System Settings, which was later renamed to just TV.
Has an Xbox LIVE Companion button in Console Settings, earlier known as Discoverable, which later became Connected Devices.

The image slideshow has been added on the Home Tab.
An internal dashboard with debugging features.
- Has a Shutdown Dash (DEBUG) button in Console Settings.
- Has a Shutdown XAM (DEBUG) button in Xbox Guide Settings.
- Prints debug logging through DbgPrint.
Has an unfinished OOBE sequence.
Added sounds to the new Metro interface.
Removed the "Show my Home" button from Sign In/Out

Still has the lime color accent.
The avatar silhouette has been replaced with two example avatars instead.
Xbox LIVE Companion in Console Settings has been shortened to just Xbox Companion.
The shadows below the widgets are darker.

The whole dashboard design has been redesigned and now greatly resembles the final Metro redesign versions we have today with only some minor differences.
The 'LIVE' text in the Xbox LIVE logo is a solid white, instead of the shiny orange seen in the logo at the time. The Xbox text itself is also in a darker shade of green.
