There’s no audio
You can play games from the BIOS, the final version would replace this with Xbox Live.
The main menu is completely different than the final, and is not animated.
The B and A buttons aren’t capitalised.
Menus use a more basic font for sub-menus.
Menus face forward instead of to the left.

There’s also 2 tech demos included, being BumpDemo and XRay.

They both include a control screen with an early 3D controller on display.
BumpDemo includes 4 spinning cogs with Xbox engraved onto the sides, featuring 2 cubemaps and a normal map.
XRay includes a robot mech to show off rendering.
