An internal developer build of the 400 Days DLC, it predates the final release by a month. It was leaked by a supposed ex-Telltale developer on Reddit, who was disgruntled with Skybound Games for making developers crunch1 for an alleged 2027 deadline for The Wolf Among Us Sequel. Initially, he shared screenshots, but when met with skepticism, he became frustrated and ultimately decided to leak the entire build. “Yes, this will get me in trouble, but I don’t care [...] I’m fed up with Skybound, and this is my last fuck you,”2 he stated in his thread. This story is likely fake3, as Skybound has no connection to the Fables IP.
Opening#
Introduction Scene#
This version features mostly just unfinished assets and sequences; aside from Tavia's picture being taken out, nothing was outright removed, just polished and updated.
- The intro song "Baltic Sea" wasn't present at this stage.
- It cuts straight to the logo, the gas station scene had yet to be created or implemented.
- It uses an early version of the logo.
- There are no shots showing the gas station, it fades straight into the picture board.
- It uses different camera angles when showing the board.
- It used to be a lot shorter too.
- The surrounding photos used to be more vibrant.
- You can see Tavia's picture next to Bonnie's when the camera is zooming in.
Picture Board#
The picture board saw a good amount of changes, picturing the survivors with slightly different designs.

- Bonnie's and Tavia's pictures were left unchanged between versions.
Vince#
Vince's old design is here, as it was seen in the original teaser Vine, as well as concept art. It depicts him with a fuller, scruffier beard, slightly different hair, and an overall completely different face shape. Originally, he was depicted holding a glass, but in the revised version he's holding a plastic cup.

Wyatt#
Wyatt's original picture had him wearing a baseball cap, something which can still be seen leftover in the final game. While his face in the original photograph was completely drawn, the finalized version appears to either be a traced screenshot of his model, or a screenshot with a filter over it.

Russell#
Russell's face in his early picture also matches up with his look in concept art. He looks a lot older and almost nothing like the final game variant.

Shel#
Shel's picture got some very minor touch-ups. Her hair was slightly altered, her chest was given more definition and her skin was made lighter. Some shading on her side was redone, and a lot of grunge effects were applied on the photo. The sheen effect on the balloons was also redrawn.

Rewind Images#
The Rewind images in the prototype are placeholders, all using the characters' pictures, rather than an in-game screenshot like the final game (and the rest of Season One). Another very interesting thing about these images is that they're the only place where the chapters' internal names are mentioned (barring Russell's chapter, which has more mentions than the others). Comments by the DLC's director, Sean Ainsworth, confirm this to be the case.
Vince's story was known simply as "Prison Bus".

Tavia's photo#
And definitely the most interesting out of the bunch, is this one, featuring an earlier version of Tavia's picture! While her picture on the board was seemingly finalized early on, this UI graphic actually uses an earlier version not found anywhere else. Also, the filename tells us her chapter was internally known as "Broken", which is also never mentioned anywhere else.

Also interesting to note, there's a (possibly placeholder) unused texture file simply known as Obj_photosurvivor.png which is present in the prototype as well as the final game. This picture seems to depict the earliest version of Tavia's picture, being a mere sketch. Her earlier picture was angled differently and depicted her with a visible earring, a scarf, lighter blazer, and lighter skin tone.

Prototype-Exclusive Dialogue#
The prototype features some lines that got removed or replaced in the final release.
Vince's Story#
Both of these lines do get used, but the prototype version is slightly extended, revealing a very interesting detail. Originally, the line contained parts of a license plate. While this isn't notable at first glance, it isn't just any random license plate being mentioned, it's actually the license plate of Nate's truck from Wyatt and Russell's stories!

After the prisoners look outside and shee Shel and Becca escape the chaos, they'll talk to each other and confirm what they really saw. In the prototype, Bennett then interrupts and while Danny and Justin have more lines, Vince also gets given a choice to reply. In the final game, this whole sequence doesn't exist and it just skips to Danny urging the driver to move the bus.

Vince's Story#
Earlier Starting Interaction#
Possibly the original starting interaction, rather than Danny yanking the chain. Based on Danny's line, it seems that Bennett's name at this point in development was Carter instead.

|
Danny |
Oh, shit. That was you? I read about that. Didn't some corner boy get shot too? |

Before Danny's crime was decided on as a sexual one, he was originally supposed to have been a bank robber. Not only that, but it's implied that he robbed banks with Jerry, who's the prisoner that gets strangled and goes otherwise unnamed throughout the story. Epilogue#
In the final release's epilogue, Bonnie states that Tavia's offer sounds too good to be true, and Becca will reply with a determinant line based on choices in the former's story. However, it seems that originally, the conversation played out a bit differently, and Becca's line wasn't based on any choices at all.

Tavia's Story#
Tavia is the person taking the pictures off the board, and she also appears as the playable character during the epilogue, even though you can't actually control her, just her dialogue options. This, however, wasn't the case at all originally. Tavia's story was still meant to chronologically be the last one, after you played all the others, but it would play out very different than in the final release. Exclusive to the prototype is basically every single dialogue line recorded for this story. It seemingly got quite far into development before getting cut down to the epilogue we see in the final DLC.
At the Truck Stop#
We would start with Tavia and a new character, Annie, scouting out the truck stop. At this point in the apocalypse, Day 400, it would've been abandoned and overrun with walkers. Tavia and Annie would go to the truck stop to find the vending machine with supplies (the same one that was removed from Shel's story). As Tavia is the leader, she would be able to command Annie and decide on the plan. It seems like the two were looking at the truck stop with binoculars from a vantage point and planning their strategy before moving in.

Annie |
By the way, thanks for picking me to come with you. It's nice to get away from the group, you know? Helps to put things in perspective. |
|
Tavia |
I know, just don't forget we're doing this *for* the group. |
|
Annie |
No, I know. So what's our next move? |
|
Tavia |
Let me get a look. |
|
Annie |
Couple of biters right up front. Shouldn't be a problem, though. |
|
Tavia |
I don't see a lot of dead inbetween. Most of them seem to be gathered on the right. I don't think they can easily get to us. |
|
Tavia |
These guys, however, they're right out in the open, but there's only a couple and we can easily outrun 'em. |
|
Tavia |
And there's the camper. If we're lucky, the keys for the vending machine are still inside. |
|
Tavia |
Where is the entry point? |
|
Annie |
Check the boards. There! |
|
Annie |
Is that the vending machine? |
|
Tavia |
It should be safe if we hurry. You ready for this, Annie? |
|
Annie |
Ready or not, the groups needs these supplies. We don't have a choice. So, what's the plan? |
|
Tavia |
Let's try to get the keys from the camper. If they're in there, it'll save us a lot of time trying to get that vending machine open. |
|
Annie |
Yeah, and if we take these biters down, we won't have to worry about them later. |
|
Tavia |
Alright, follow my lead. I'll clear out the dead, you check out the camper. |
|
Tavia |
We should clear out the dead in the corner first. |
|
Annie |
Right, why risk having them come after us? It's just a couple, they should go down easy. |
|
Tavia |
We should probably get right to the vending machine. The quicker we're outta here, the better. |
|
Tavia |
Alright, follow my lead. You take the two out front, I'll take the one inside. |
|
Annie |
Alright, I'll follow your lead. |
|
Tavia |
Let's get a better look around first. There's a spot over there that's right in the middle of this place. |
|
Annie |
Yeah, that's smart. I sure as hell don't want any of these guys sneaking up on us. |
|
Tavia |
I'll lead. Stay close. |
|
Annie |
Well, just go whenever you're ready. I'll be right behind you. |

Tavia |
Let's go. |
|
Annie |
That's it! All clear in there. You good? |
|
Tavia |
Yeah. |
|
Annie |
All clear. |
|
Tavia |
Good. That should make things easier. |
|
Tavia |
Did you find the keys? |
|
Annie |
Yep, right in the drawer. |
|
Annie |
Too bad the camper's been stripped. We could've used something like that if we're gonna be moving the camp soon. |
|
Annie |
Shame there's no usable trucks in this truck stop. Gonna be moving our group soon, would've been nice. |
|
Tavia |
I'm not worried about transportation. I'm just hoping the supplies that are suppoed to be in that vending machine are still there. |
|
Annie |
Well, let's go find out. |
|
Annie |
Were you okay out here without me? |
|
Annie |
Okay, just asking! |
|
Tavia |
Yeah, and you did a good job on your end. |
|
Annie |
Thanks. |
|
Tavia |
Of course. |
|
Annie |
Good. |
|
Tavia |
Could've used a hand, but I managed. |
|
Annie |
Well, I was a little busy. |
|
Annie |
They've seen us. |
|
Annie |
Don't worry about them for now. |

Why do you think they stored their ammo and stuff in a vending machine? |
|
Tavia |
I don't care. It just better still be in here. |
|
Tavia |
It's a big box with a lock, makes sense to me. |
|
Tavia |
I don't know. Seems like a prime target for looting to me. Guess that's why it's facing the wall. |
|
Tavia |
Let's get it turned around. |
|
Tavia |
Come on. |
|
Tavia |
Looks like a clear path, come on. |
|
Annie |
What's that? |
|
Tavia |
I don't now, but it's not what we came for. |
|
Tavia |
Look! |
|
Annie |
Guess the last people here thought they could stay ahead of the biters by sticking to the rooftops. |
|
Tavia |
Doesn't look like it worked. |
|
Tavia |
There's some more dead over there. They're behind the fence but keep your eyes on them anyway. |
|
Annie |
I will. |
|
Tavia |
What do you think the chances are there's some soda in there? |
|
Annie |
If there is, you're splitting it with me. |

|
Annie |
Come on, come on! |
|
Tavia |
God damn! They weren't lying. This is exactly what we need! |
|
Annie |
Here, fill it up and let's get out of here. |
|
Tavia |
That's all of it. |

|
Tavia |
New plan! We're going up. Boost me! |

Annie, you can do this! Just cup your hands tight and lift! It'll be fine! |
|

Tavia |
I think you can probably make it across. |

|
Annie |
Yeah, there might be something on the other side we can use. |

Tavia |
It's not far, I think we can jump it. |
|
Annie |
I was thinking the same. |

Annie |
So we are definitely headed toward the observatory then? You know not everyone thinks that's a good idea. |
|
Annie |
Yes, I do. I know it's gonna take a few days to get there, and it ain't gonna be easy. But if it's hard for us, then it's gonna be super hard for the rotten, right? |
|

I don't know. I mean... It sounds like an ideal place, but it's so far. That community college some of the others were talking about seems like a good idea too. |

Back at Camp#
After getting rescued by Annie on the bus, Tavia either passes out and awakens back at camp, or we cut to it. The other survivors would react to Annie driving a wounded Tavia up to camp in the prison bus. Once again, Tavia would pass out at some point.

|
Bonnie |
He stuck with me, you know? Leland? For a while. |
|
Bonnie |
I'd be a right mess without him, you know that. Leland was the only thing keeping me straight. |

But that herd's on the way! If we don't leave now, we're never gonna make it outta here! |
|
Annie |
If we don't stop the bleeding, she'll die. |
|
Russell |
She's dead anyway. |
|
Wyatt |
I don't care! Tavia is a person, not an object to throw away! |
|
Vince |
Said the guy who ditched his friend. |
|
Wyatt |
Well, I won't do that again. |
|
Bonnie |
Maybe there is someone out there who can help. We found each other, we know there's gotta be more people out there. |
|
Wyatt |
I don't care, we have to try. Get her in a truck and away from the herd. |
|
Wyatt |
I don't know if we can save her, but I know that we have to try! |

How is leaving her what's best? You're not a doctor, you don't know what her situation's gonna be like a few days from now. |

Wyatt |
Dude, it's not selfish to wanna save her life! She'd do the same for us. |
|
Shel |
She asked us to leave her! How is that us being selfish? |

Vince |
Look, "dude", we gotta think about what's best for the group. |
|
Bonnie |
It's true, and you might be saying something different than you mean with all them drugs in your head. |
|
Wyatt |
Right? I know I don't mean HALF the shit I say when I'm high. |
|
Bonnie |
You also gotta consider she's got a ton of drugs in her right now. |
|
Wyatt |
I just think it's STUPID to abandon her right now. Seriously, how is that gonna benefit anybody? |
|
Becca |
What if we run out of medicine for the rest of us? Or we have to compromise our safety because she's in too much pain? How is that gonna benfit anyone? |
|
Vince |
Tavia's smart, and none of us want this. But I think we all understand that it's too dangerous to bring her. |
|
Russell |
You know... If she wants to stay, let her. We can't force her to go. |
|
Shel |
What are you gonna do? Knock her out and drag her?! |

Half the time, you just froze up! Couldn't make a decision about anything! |
|
Annie |
You couldn't even make a simple jump! And now... I don't even know if you're gonna be able to walk! |
|
Russell |
Annie's right. I'd rather stick with her. |
|
Bonnie |
I'm sorry, Tavia. But I think it might be safest to stay with Annie. |
|
Vince |
Whatever you need to do, do it now. Either way, we're leaving with Tavia. C'mon, let's get going. |

*Screaming* |
When someone decided on bringing Tavia along, Annie could struggle to accept it, possibly if she doesn't think highly of Tavia as a leader. |
Annie |
W- Hang on! We haven't decided on this. |
|
Wyatt |
On what? |
|
Annie |
I just... I don't think we can take her with us. |
Though it appears that if Annie was directed well, then Becca would be the one to bring up how bringing along Tavia would be a bad idea. |
Becca |
Wait, she can't come with us like that. |
|
Russell |
Becca! |
|
Becca |
No, I'm sorry, but we need to think about how this affects the group. |
Russell could also bring it up, with a line very close Becca's. |
Vince |
Just put her in a truck, we'll deal with this later. |
|
Russell |
When? After the meds have worn off and her screaming has given us away? |
|
Tavia |
We don't have time for this. |
|
Tavia |
Just get me outta here. |
|
Tavia |
Wait! Let's talk this over. |
|
Annie |
It's not that easy! |
|
Becca |
Exactly! |
|
Shel |
Becca, calm down! |
|
Becca |
What's the point? |
|
Annie |
I didn't want it to happen like this, but, fine. Let's talk about it. |
|
Tavia |
Stop it! |
|
Tavia |
I mean, Tavia, your back might be broken. I don't know how bad your side is. Honestly, what would you do? |
|
Becca |
What are we gonna do? Just keep pumpin' medicine in her until we're out? Shel, you remember how fast we went through it at the truck stop. |
|
Shel |
I do.. |
|
Becca |
Alright, let's talk about it then! |
|
Wyatt |
Look, I'm not saying we just leave her here to die in this field, but we can't exactly put her in a fucking papoose and carry her around with us, either. |
|
Becca |
What if she turns? |
|
Tavia |
You're not leaving me here. |
|
Tavia |
I don't know. |
|
Tavia |
Are you saying you want to leave me? |
|
Wyatt |
No, we're not. |
|
Bonnie |
No one is leavin' you, honey. |
|
Annie |
Of course you do. Earlier you told me we can't afford to have anyone holding us back. What do you think is gonna happen now? |
|
Annie |
But you do, Tavia. Right after you fell, you told me to leave, because you knew what this was gonna mean to the group. |
|
Annie |
No... I'm saying... I don't know what to do with you, but I know that taking you with us isn't a good idea. |
|
Tavia |
Just wait! |
|
Vince |
This is ridiculous! Russell, help me pick her up. |
|
Russell |
Man, I just wanna get outta here. |
|
Russell |
Why not? |
|
Becca |
Well, why not? |
|
Annie |
No, but I mean... You can't do anything. |
|
Vince |
Look, when someone has your back the way Tavia has, you stick with them no matter what. We need to act on this, now. |
|
Vince |
Tavia may be injured but she's not useless! |
|
Vince |
Look, when someone is counting on you to have their back, you don't pussy out and bail on them. |
|
Annie |
Vince, she can't even walk! |
|
Tavia |
This might just be temporary... |
|
Shel |
Sure, right now it is. |
|
Russell |
I guess so, but temporarily putting us in danger is still putting us in danger. |
|
Russell |
I don't know, man. It is really bad. |
|
Tavia |
I don't wanna hold you guys back. |
|
Annie |
I got attacked! Tavia, I know you were trying to help, but what I really needed was someone out there who could do something about it. |
|
Becca |
I got grabbed, and all she could do was yell. That didn't really help me. |
|
Wyatt |
It didn't help me! I got attacked. I know she was trying to help, but what I really needed was someone out there who could do something about it! |
|
Russell |
But she couldn't keep herself safe. |
|
Wyatt |
I told you, we are not leaving you! |
|
Vince |
It doesn't matter. We are not leaving you here. |
|
Bonnie |
So she can't fight right now, she's still smart! That's the reason she's been a good leader. |
|
Annie |
Yeah, but *smart* isn't gonna make her legs magically work! |
|
Becca |
What if we just think she passed out or whatever and she turns around and bites one of us? |
|
Shel |
We know what to do if she turns, Becca. We're not gonna put ourselves in danger that way. |
|
Tavia |
That won't happen. |
|
Tavia |
You'd have to kill me before it got that bad. |
|
Tavia |
Just be sure to keep your distance. |
|
Tavia |
The medicine's doing a good job of keeping her stable, let's not go jumpin' ahead just yet. |
|
Russell |
The medicine's gonna last forever, though! |
|
Tavia |
I can still do plenty! |
|
Wyatt/Russell (?) |
Can you? |
|
Vince |
Yes, she can. |
|
Vince |
She's already proven she's not useless. |
|
Becca |
How? By not pointing out biters when we were under attack? |
|
Vince |
If Tavia hadn't spotted them and warned you, you might be dead by now! |
|
Shel |
How? |
|
Vince |
What about those biters that just attacked? |
|
Vince |
If Tavia hadn't spotted them and warned me, I might be dead now. |
|
Becca |
Roman talked about this exact same thing when that guy broke in! Remember, Shel? |
|
Becca |
Someone suggested we just let him stay. Roman said that since he couldn't contribute, he'd just be a drain on our resources. |
|
Tavia |
The medicine is meant to be used. |
|
Tavia |
We'll use the medicine sparingly. |
|
Tavia |
Whatever I'm on now seems to be working. Whenever that wears off, then we can talk about rationing resources. |
|
Vince |
That's why we have it, we're not just gonna hoard it. |
|
Wyatt |
We actually kinda have a lot. |
|
Becca |
Yeah, thanks to me and Shel! |
|
Shel |
That was about a stranger trying to steal from us! |
|
Annie |
But that is a good point. |
|
Russell |
Just ask Bonnie. |
|
Bonnie |
Hey! |
|
Vince |
The medicine isn't going to dry up in the next ten minutes. We can figure that out later. |
|
Annie |
Yeah, *that* we can figure out. But, Tavia, what about your back? You can't even walk. |
|
Annie |
Honestly, if you were in my position, what would you do? |
|
Annie |
See? This is a problem already! What if this were a life and death situation? |
|
Wyatt |
Can somebody please help me pick her up and put her into a car? |
|
Russell |
In a few minutes it will be! |
|
Wyatt |
Who the fuck cares about some fucking painkillers right now? She can't walk! That's a big fucking problem! |
|
Tavia |
Just get me into a car, now! |
|
Tavia |
This is insane. |
|
Tavia |
I don't wanna put anyone in danger. |
|
Wyatt |
Ever try to move someone who can't move on their own? Trust me, it's fucking hard! |
|
Wyatt |
It takes at least two people to carry you to a car. That means three of us are unable to defend ourselves at any given time, that's fucking crazy. |
|
Annie |
I know! This isn't easy. |
|
Wyatt |
This whole fucking situation is insane! |
|
Bonnie |
Jesus will help carry us through the darkness. |
|
Annie |
Well, unless he's carrying Tavia through this field, that ain't gonna help! |
|
Wyatt |
Even if we get her into the car now, this is gonna keep being a thing! |
|
Annie |
Tavia, this is gonna keep being a problem! |
|
Wyatt |
Well, that's OUR decision! |
|
Annie |
Not when it puts the rest of us in danger! |
|
Annie |
Anyone who has to move you is putting their own life at risk! |
|
Annie |
The longer we put this off, the harder it's gonna be! |
|
Bonnie |
I don't understand why we have to deal with this right now, can't we talk about it later? |
|
Annie |
Tavia, I know how this must seem, but I know you understand. You'd be saying the same things in my place, wouldn't you? |
|
Annie |
The thing is that bringing Tavia with us is gonna put us all at risk. |
|
Bonnie |
Just give her some more medicine and let her sleep in the back of the truck while we get the hell out of here! That ain't no risk! |
|
Vince |
Which is why I need someone to help me carry her. |
|
Annie |
I know that! You think this is easy for me? |
|
Vince |
This is a waste of time! We need to get movin'! |
|
Tavia |
I spent too many years in politics listening to people bicker! I get a fucking say in this, too, okay? |
|
Tavia |
Everyone, shut up! |
|
Annie |
Tavia, what do you want us to do? It's bad no matter what. |
|
Russell |
In a few minutes, it isn't gonna matter. |
|
Wyatt |
We just need to get you out of here! Deal with it later! |
|
Vince |
We can all take care of ourselves. Just because you're injured doesn't make us all incompetent. |
|
Tavia |
You have to go without me. I can't risk putting you in danger. |
|
Bonnie |
Oh, honey. |
|
Tavia |
If anything happens to any of you, because of me? I can't have that. |
|
Tavia |
I'm not ready to give up yet. |
|
Tavia |
If I get worse and it comes to it, I know that you guys will do the right thing. |
|
Tavia |
But, let's wait to be sure, huh? |
|
Annie |
Tavia, listen... |
|
Tavia |
I'm not stupid, I know how dangerous I've made the situation. I might not make it through this. |
|
Shel |
Just calm down! |
|
Annie |
Those biters are coming! We don't have time to talk about this! |
|
Wyatt |
Wow! Annie, not like this! |
|
Tavia |
Please, don't. |
|
Tavia |
Put that fucking gun away! |
|
Tavia |
Just do it, then. |
|
Annie |
I'll make it quick, I promise! |
|
Tavia |
No, you didn't. |
|
Tavia |
Maybe she was right. |
|
Russell |
There is no right anymore! So can we please get the hell out of here now?! |
|
Becca |
Wow. |
|
Annie |
*Grunts* |
Shel and Becca could've left the group in either scenario? If they fled.

Raw audio recordings#
This build includes portions of the original raw audio recording sessions for several dialogue sequences. The recordings contain long stretches of silence, multiple retakes, and casual exchanges between the voice actors and the director. By editing the audio, you can hear the technician and director giving instructions to the voice actors on how to perform the scenes.

That's good! Awesome! :D |
- The voice coordinators are likely Jack Fusting and Lazar Levine. Two sound designers who worked at Telltale, who also happened to be listed in the credits for the expansion.
Textures#
Dee#
Dee's textures, especially her body textures, in the prototype look quite rough. By the time the final version of the DLC released, they were majorly redone.

Notes#
General notes on changes and relevant stuff to document later.
Overall#
- Chapter select images use the characters' picture board photos as placeholders. Tavia's photo uses an earlier design not seen elsewhere.
- The game's logo is completely different.
- Characters' intro's "(character name - number of days in)" don't exist as cutaways, and appear as simple text overlays.
Day 2: Vince's Story#
- Tiny Carlos' lines appear without audio.
- The segment after Vince needs to ditch his weapon is "playable". You can control whether Vince runs forward through the alley or not.
- The police scanner's line is extended.
- There are some minor line differences for almost every character in the bus.
- There also different camera angles used during the initial conversation, some from outside the bus.
- When the people outside of the bus start getting attacked, Shel and Becca are shown in different outfits, and they're also positioned differently than in the final game. Annie isn't present, and instead the bandit with Vernon's design is shown getting killed by a walker. Despite this, Justin has a line where he specifically states that a woman has been attacked outside, so the male bandit might've been a placeholder for someone else.
- Gore effects for Bennet's wound, Marcus' head getting blown off, and Jerry's breaking ankle don't exist yet.
- Even after Jerry's turned, his choked body still appears in his seat, duplicated.
- Even after Vince shoots Jerry, his groans keep going until the end of the scene.
- The first "looter" that appears on the bus uses a different model. In the final game, it's an FRS walker. Also, only one walker is ever shown on the bus instead of multiple.
- Gore effects for shooting either person's foot off aren't finished.
- The escaped prisoners clip through the bus door when escaping.
Day 41: Wyatt's Story#
- The intro camera angle is different.
- Nate's truck looks a lot cleaner, and the sound effects in this scene are unfinished.
- Eddie's comment about how sure he is isn't randomized. He will always mention Tiny Carlos.
- You can only complete this chapter by leaving the car, if Wyatt stays in the car, you will get softlocked once Nate attacks you.
- The very end of the chapter features a bizarre little sequence without any dialogue, depicting Nate confronting Wyatt, before cutting away.
Day 184: Russell's Story#
- Russell has the "Sun" prompt present that was cut from the final release, as well as the relevant voice line.
- When driving on the road, a multitude of bugged walkers are constantly shown moving alongside you.
- Nate's "Gimme that." line appears in its original position.
Day 220: Bonnie's Story#
- The texturing on Dee's model appears rough and unfinished.
- Shel appears alongside Clive, Roman, and Stephanie in the cornfield.
Day 236: Shel's Story#
- Shel wears her intended outfit throughout the entire chapter, not just on Day 259.
- Becca is wearing a different outfit as well, with her model looking very unfinished.
- When talking about the guard dogs, Becca mentions someone named "Jason" who's implied to be a former member of their group. No other remains of him can be found anywhere.
- When moving outside to check on the commotion, the scene suddenly shows an earlier iteration of the story, with Boyd and Joyce being outside. You were originally meant to talk to them here.
- The escape route, as seen in concept art, is present on the truck and the roof of the store, and can be interacted with.
- Going near Roman and Clive does not automatically start a new scene, you have to talk to Roman to start it. Unused dialogue, which also goes unused here, shows that they were originally meant to talk to each other in the meantime.
