This article has a talk page! This is a sub-page of Proto:The Legend of Zelda.
A very late localization / conversion prototype of The Legend of Zelda was released by Frank Cifaldi on April 24, 2024 in the Hidden Palace Discord server. While the port mainly contains minor code conversion differences, the background behind the cart is more interesting: it was listed on eBay back in 2012 for $150,000 by tjcurtin1, a hefty price even without hindsight to say the least.
