|
This prototype is documented on Sega Dreamcast Info. |
An E3 Demo with a build date of May 9th, 2000. Titled Eternal Arcadia, it is identical to the Japanese Sky Pirates Trial Edition with a workable Airship Battle section. The localization text uses Japanese names for enemies (e.g Battleship Soldiers, Imagotalia, Wardens, so on), items and certain regions. To avoid confusion, the official US localization will be used in this prototype article to refer to the enemies.
Even though Drachma and Gilder can only be seen in the “Laws of the Air Pirate” demonstration, their weapon icons and their Special Move list is present internally. Their battle models, along with Enrique’s, are absent from this build. Gilder can join you as a party member at the very last “Airship Battle!” against Roc; albeit with a blank name. Drachma’s voice lines for combat can be heard from the Debug Menu.

Laws of the Air Pirate#
A series of sequences to give potential consumers a general idea of the game narration. A Blue Rogue card will start off with the following text:
Rogues of the air...
Searching the skies for high adventure… and for gold!
Be bold in the face of danger!
The first cutscene starts with Vyse and Aika robbing the Valua battleship.
Notable differences:
Some of the dialogue is slightly altered. Aika’s speech patterns include some stuttering. Fina’s ship is absent.

Valuan Soldier |
Cursed Air Pirate! Can’t you see that we’re Valuan Imperial Troops?! |
Air Pirate scum! Don’t you know that we’re Valuan Imperial Soldiers? |
Vyse |
Of course! We only deal with Imperial and armed ships. |
Of course I know. That’s why we attacked your ship. You guys have the best stuff! |
Vyse |
I’m Vyse, of the Blue Rogues. And I will be relieving you of all your treasures and valuables shortly! |
I’m Vyse of the Blue Rogues. And in a few minutes, I’ll be relieving you of all your values! |
Valuan Soldier |
Hehe. You’ve got guts to march in here alone. Prepare to take a long trip… downward! |
Heh heh… Attacking us all by yourself? You’re either incredibly brave or incredibly stupid. We’ll be tossing you overboard. |
Aika |
Hey!! W…wait for me!! |
Wait for me!! |
Aika |
Did you forget about me, Vyse? I wouldn’t want to let you have all the fun. |
Vyse, you left without me! I’m not gonna let you have all the fun. |
Aika |
I’m Aika, a Blue Rogue like Vyse. |
Oh, hi. I’m Aika. I’m a Blue Rogue like Vyse… And we’re robbing you. |
Valuan Soldier |
You dare mock the Valuan Empire with your insolence? Kill them! Don’t let them go alive!! |
You dare mock the Valuan Empire with your insolence? Kill them! And toss their corpses over the side!! |
- The Soldiers are named “BattleshipSoldiers” (軍艦兵 - Gunkanhei) here.
- Instead of the main battle music, the E3 Demo starts off with a boss theme.
- Japanese voiceovers. They can grunt and call out special attacks, but using magic and focus lacks audible lines.
After defeating three Soldiers, the scene fades into the next Blue Rogue card:
Sailors of the sky…
Riding the winds through the clouds and beyond the sunset!
Never hesitate!
The second cutscene starts with Vyse and Aika’s first encounter with Rhaknam before meeting Drachma.
Notable differences:
- Rhaknam’s attack emits black fog instead of blue.
- The intensity of the ship rocking was later toned down.
- The dialogue slightly differs in how Vyse reacts to the Arcwhale(it is called just whale here). Since the affection system is not implemented, there is no sound effect upon choosing the second or third choice.

What? Where? |

Vyse! Look! |
Aika |
It… It isn’t an island! It’s alive! |
It… It’s not an island! Whatever it is… It’s alive! |
Vyse |
What the… It’s a whale! |
What the…?! It’s an arcwhale! |
Vyse |
Wow… That’s the biggest whale I’ve ever seen in my life! |
I’ve never seen one this big before! |
Aika |
We will probably be knocked out of the sky if we get too close with this small ship… |
Vyse, we’ll be killed if we get too close to it, but we’ve got to hurry to Valua! |
Aika |
Vyse, what shall we do? |
Vyse, what shall we do? |
<What should we do?> |
<What will you do?> |
|
1. "Of course we'll fight it" |
1. “Attack it!” |
|
Vyse |
Of course we’ll fight it. We can’t just let it sink our ship! |
We’ve got to hurry and it’s in our way! If we don’t do anything, it’ll probably knock us out of the sky anyway! |
Aika |
Are you crazy? How are we going to beat it with this small ship? We don’t even have a cannon! |
What are you talking about, Vyse?! Are you crazy? How are we going to fight it in this little ship? We don’t even have cannons! |
Aika |
We must continue onto Valua without a moment’s delay. We don’t have time for this! |
What do you want to do… 10,000 Cutlass Furies?! There’s no way we can kill that thing! We’ll be okay as long as it doesn’t see us. |
<What should we do?> |
<What will you do? |
|
2. "Of course we'll run away!" |
2. “Retreat!” |
|
Vyse |
Of course we’re going to run away. This little ship wouldn’t stand a chance of holding together against that thing. |
What do you think we’re going to do? Of course we’re going to retreat! We don’t stand a chance against that thing in this ship! |
Vyse |
Our goal is to go to Valua. We don’t have time to deal with this monster. |
I know we’re in a hurry, but if that thing capsizes us, everyone we know will be executed. We’d better play it safe… |
Aika |
Okay. I can’t argue against that decision. |
Okay. I can’t argue with that. We’ll be okay as long as it doesn’t see us! |
<What should we do?> |
<What will you do? |
|
3. "...Aika, what should we do?" |
3. “...I don’t know!” |
|
Vyse |
…What should we do? Aika, do you have any good advice? |
… I don’t know. Aika, what do you think we should do? |
Aika |
Vyse! Don’t be undependable! |
Vyse! Everyone is depending on you! If you want to become a captain someday, you’ll have to be more decisive than that! |
Aika |
Well… we wouldn’t stand a chance in this small ship, so I suggest we run away! |
Without any cannons, there’s no way we can take that thing out. It’s best that we retreat! As long as it doesn’t see us, we’ll be okay! |
Aika |
Aahh! |
Aaaah!! |
Aika |
Vyse… I can’t hold on much longer! |
Vyse! It saw us! |
Vyse |
Just grab onto something and hang tight! If you let go, you’ll be blown off the ship! |
Grab hold of something and brace yourself! Don’t let go! |
Aika |
But… The ship can’t hold together much longer! |
But… but… The ship! It’s breaking up! |
The next Blue Rogue Card appears.
Treasure hunters…
Traveling the world in search of untold riches!
Discover incredible treasures!
The third cutscene starts with Vyse and Gilder on what eventually became Daccat’s Island. They had just found a big treasure chest, not knowing Aika and Fina were right behind them.
Notable differences:
Daccat is named Tagatt here.
- Instead of zooming into the chest, the E3 Demo build zooms out from it. The transition to Aika and Fina is already zoomed in. In the final build, an additional scene transition was made to have them both stand in the dark cave before the aforementioned panning.
- Gilder looks to the side, while the final build had him look at the girls as they approach Vyse. Also, his reaction to the reunion is slightly different. Here, he comments on being envious of Vyse and asks them to focus on the treasure now that they’ve re-gathered. In the retail build, he makes a flirtatious comment about not knowing Vyse’s partner was the cute girl he met all the way back in Nasr.

That’s got to be it! Heh, now I can buy my ship. |
Aika |
Wow! Look, Fina ! I see a huge treasure chest just beyond the opening! |
Wow! Look, Fina! Look!!! That treasure chest is HUGE!!! |
Fina |
Oh, yes… I see it! Do you think that’s Captain Tagatt’s riches?! |
Oh, yes… I see it! Do you think it’s Captain Daccat’s Treasure? |
Vyse |
Who’s there?! |

You’re alive! We raised enough money to buy a boat and we were gonna go looking for you! As soon as we got the treasure, of course. |
Fina |
Vyse… I’m so glad you are alright… |
Vyse… I’m so glad you are alright… |
Fina |
Oh, I’m sorry… I’m happy, but my tears… they just won’t stop. |
Oh, I’m sorry… I’m just a little emotional right now. I’m just so happy!!! |
Vyse |
Aika… Fina… |
Aika… Fina… I was so worried. I was gonna buy a boat and look for you, too. |
Gilder |
Heh! I envy you, Vyse… Reunited… It’s so touching… |
Heh! Well look at you… |
Gilder |
But we digress from the task at hand. The treasure awaits! |
On top of that, I didn’t know that your partner was the cutie that I met in Nasr! |
Aika |
We’re all together again! |

Vyse |
Aww… Now what?! |
In the full version, a boss commences, while the E3 Demo goes straight to the next part of the cutscene.

Gilder |

What’s this?! |
Vyse |
This… Could it be!? |
What the?! |
The next Blue Rogue card appears.
Chivalrous gentlemen…
Bringing honor and pride to the skies through their deeds.
Don’t let evil go unpunished!”
The fourth cutscene starts with Alfonso disposing of the Vice Captain for tarnishing his reputation.
Notable differences:
- Nervous Crisis 2 is playing instead of Armada.
The Vice Captain’s text added “The preparations for you to escape” while the prototype specifies a general escape route.
Alfonso’s reason to dispose of the Vice Captain in the E3 Demo alludes to the robbery being carried out due to a betrayal within his ranks, so to prevent his reputation being stained he woefully declares the guard must die. The Vice Captain begs for forgiveness before being flung off the ship. Alfonso remarks how he had no choice in getting rid of the traitor.
In the retail version, Alfonso can’t admit to the queen about losing a fair fight and needs a scapegoat to save his own skin. Here, the Vice Captain expresses betrayal instead. Alfonso then makes a comment that even in death, he’ll serve the admiral well.
Another dialogue change is how Vyse uses a sailor’s honorary code to challenge Alfonso to a battle, whereas in later builds, the challenge comes from a clash of morals after witnessing murder.

Alfonso |
This battleship was robbed by the air pirates because you betrayed us… |
I cannot tell the Empress that I lost my ship to the Air Pirates in a fair fight. I am going to need a scapegoat and you’ll do quite nicely. |
Alfonso |
...And to keep my glorious legend from being stained by filth… You must die. |
To keep my glorious reputation from being tarnished, you must be sacrificed… |
Vice Captain |
No… No! Please forgive me, Your Excellency! |
N…no! You can’t do this! |
Vice Captain |
Aaaaaaahhhh! |

Alfonso |
Hehehe… Excellent. |
Even in death, he’ll serve me well. I can’t wait to tell the Empress… |
Alfonso |
What choice did I have but to dispose of the traitor? |
“But Empress, my own Vice Captain betrayed us and allowed the Air Pirates on board… I could do naught but dispose of the traitor myself.” |
Vyse |
So, is that how Valua deals with it’s people? |
So, this is how Valua treats its people… |
Alfonso |
What?! |
What?! |
Vyse |
We will be taking care of the girl from here. However… I have one more thing to do before we leave. |
Now that we’ve taken control of your ship, we’ll be taking the girl as well. There’s just one more thing I need to do. |
Vyse |
As a fellow sailor… I can’t allow you to carry on like this. Draw your blade, Alfonso! |
After seeing you kill an unarmed man in cold blood, I can’t allow you to walk away from this. Draw your blade, Alfonso! |
Alfonso |
Heh… You dare speak to me with such an insolent tone? I shall have your head for it! |
Hah… An uncivilized Rogue such as yourself wants to challenge me? |
Alfonso |
You will regret ever defying me. Antonio! |
You aren’t worth my effort, but perhaps you’d like to meet one of my pets. Come, Antonio! |
Vyse |
What? What is that thing?! |
What? What is that thing?! |
Alfonso |
He’s my personal war beast. I was going to leave him here, but it seems I’ve found a use for him after all... |
He’s my personal war beast. I was going to leave him here, but it seems I’ve found a use for him after all. |
Alfonso |
Antonio! Skewer those air pirates with your horns! |
Antonio! Trample the pests… and make their deaths as painful as possible. |
Antonio is summoned, and a boss fight commences. A new Blue Rogue card appears after defeating the beast.
Fierce warriors…
Facing grave dangers and formidable enemies!
Brave the odds!
The fifth cutscene starts at Valuan gates. Vyse, Aika and Drachma are trying to find a way to enter the city to rescue Fina and Dyne.
Notable differences:
- The sound effect of the fortress overpowers the music. When viewing this part of the showcase it is recommended to turn down your volume considerably.
Aika mentions how she felt like they passed through some sort of checkpoint. In the actual game, a passport is provided to a Valuan Patrol Ship to allow access to the “Grand Fortress”.
When Drachma says the only way to really escape Valuan execution is to die and be thrown off the island, Aika snarkily responds “So only a free man is a dead man… That’s just great.” This was later changed to “That’s just great! What are we going to do now?”

Whew, we made it through safely. It feels almost like we passed through some checkpoint. |
Looks like we made it through. We just passed a Valuan Security Checkpoint. That’s quite an accomplishment, don’t you think? |
Vyse |
Yeah. We finally made it to Valua. Now all we have to do is sneak in… |
Yeah. I thought getting into Valua would be a lot tougher. Now all we have to do is sneak into… |
Vyse |
…! |
…! |
Aika |
What… What is that? |
Huh. What’s that?! |
Drachma |
That is the only entrance to Valua… It’s the “Grand Fortress”. |
It’s the only entrance into the city of Valua… “The Grand Fortress.” |
Drachma |
One must pass through that fortress to enter the mountainous lands of Valua. |
Valua is surrounded by impassable mountains… So that is the only way in or out. |
Vyse |
Wow… How did they ever make that? |
Wow… I can’t believe they actually built something that big… |
Drachma |
In a battle with Nasr 20 years ago, over 100 Nasr battleships bombarded this fortress for days. |
During the Valua-Nasr war, over 100 Nasr warships bombarded this fortress for days. |
Drachma |
However, all the shells were repelled by these walls. They are literally “walls of iron”. |
However, all the shells were repelled by these walls. The Fortress may be the strongest structure of the new world. |
Aika |
Look! Something has started to move! |
Look! It’s moving!!! |
Drachma |
The door of the fortress opens once a day to allow ships to pass through. |
The door to the fortress opens only once a day to allow ships to pass through. |
Drachma |
Cannons line the entire rear wall. It was those cannons wiped out the Nasr fleet. |
The backside of that wall is completely lined with cannons. It was those cannons that nearly wiped out the entire Nasr fleet. |
Vyse |
Defense and offense rolled in one… It’s an invincible fortress. |
Defense and offense all in one… It’s an invincible fortress. |
Aika |
So Fina and Captain Dyne are being held in there. |
That’s where they’re holding Captain Dyne… and Fina! |
Drachma |
Not a single air pirate caught by Valuan troops has ever escaped that fortress. |
No prisoners has ever escaped that fortress. |
Drachma |
Although, it is said that there’s one way to get out. |
Although, I’ve heard there’s one way out. |
Vyse |
A way? |
Really? Then it’s possible? |
Drachma |
If executed, the corpse is thrown out of the fortress. That is the only other way to get out. |
Yeah. After they execute prisoners, their corpses are thrown off the island. |
Aika |
So the only free man is a dead man… That’s just great. |
That’s just great. What are we going to do now? |
Vyse |
Haha… I love a good challenge! Makes me feel alive! |
Hah! No one’s ever escaped, because I’ve never tried! I love a challenge. |
Vyse |
Don’t you worry. I will rescue everyone and escape Valua. I will get us all back out here no matter what! |
Don’t worry. I will rescue our friends and escape from that fortress. Just watch me! |
A new Blue Rogue card appears.
Brave Adventurers…
Forever challenge the impossible!
Never give up!
The sixth and final cutscene takes us to the desert after Belleza calls off Recumen the Red Gigas and the two ships make an emergency landing.
Notable Differences:
Belleza refers to the Kingdom of Ixa’taka as Montezuma, which is the Japanese name of a continent under the Green Moon. She also calls Vyse “Kid” which later turned into “Handsome”. The dialogue had a glow up in the final build.
Little Jack’s sails and side flappers slightly differentiate from the full release.

I understand you’re delighted, but there are still 5 more Moon Crystals in this world. |
You may have won the battle, but you are far from winning the war. There are 5 crystals left. |
Belleza |
Valua isn’t a pushover. It won’t necessarily be as easy to defeat us next time. |
The Valuan Armada never makes the same mistake twice. You shall not defeat us again. |
Vyse |
Yeah, probably so. But, don’t worry. We will get the Moon Crystals. |
And we won’t make the same mistake of underestimating you again either. We’ll get those crystals. |
Vyse |
I can’t just sit and let Valua ruin this world. |
Fina, where should we go next? |
Fina |
Vyse… To the distant East of Nazr beyond the South Ocean… |
Southwest of Nasr, beyond the South Ocean… |
Fina |
There is a continent that is under the sacred protection of the Green Moon. Do you want to go there? |
There is a continent under the Green Moon. |
Vyse |
Really, Fina?! You mean… there is a continent beyond the ocean??? |
Really?! There’s a continent on the other side of the South Ocean? |
Fina |
Yes. The Green Moon Crystal is probably kept there. |
Yes. The Green Crystal should be there. |
Belleza |
That’s the continent of Montezuma. Our Valuan troops are already heading out there. |
Ha, that’s the continent of Ixa’taka. Our soldiers are already there. |
Belleza |
The South Ocean airspace has a strong headwind. It’s hopeless to cross with that ship of yours anyway. |
Besides, the South Ocean has a strong headwind. You’ll never make it across with that tiny ship of yours. |
Drachma |
No need to worry about that. |
No need to worry about that. |
Drachma |
I’m taking your ship’s engine. With its help, the South Ocean will be no problem to cross. |
We’re takin’ your ship’s engine. With that much power, we can get across South Ocean in no time. |
Belleza |
What!? Then, how am I going to get back? |
What?! Then how am I going to get back?! |
Aika |
We all decided that you should go back on foot. It’s your punishment for deceiving us. |
We all decided that you should go back on foot. You tricked us… we take your engine… I think we’re even now. |
Aika |
If I recall the saying correctly, “The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single footstep.” |
What was that saying? “Only those who have walked through the desert can truly know its size.” |
Belleza |
Walk… |
You want me to… walk? |
Belleza |
…Hehe. Looks like you got me. |
… Heh, I guess I don’t have much of a choice. |
Belleza |
I never thought I would actually have to walk a journey of a thousand miles. |
I never actually thought I’d truly know the size of the desert… |
Belleza |
Kid. |
Hey, handsome… |
Belleza |
I lost this time, but Valua has more power than you can imagine. |
You win this time. But, Valua is more powerful than you can imagine. |

And the trip to Ixa’taka is long and perilous… The chance that you’ll survive long enough to get there is pretty slim. |

I want to see the world… |

I dream to leave my mark everywhere in this world. I won’t let anything stand in my way. |
I’m not going to rest until I’ve left my mark on it, and I won’t let anything or anyone stand in my way. |

…Okay, kid. Until we meet again. I will pray for your safe journey. |
… I understand… You’re rash and impulsive… I hope you survive long enough for us to meet again. |
Miniature Navigation#
A small in-game demonstration of what players can expect when traveling outside Pirate Isle. It starts with the cutscene of Vyse, Aika and Fina on The Lookout witnessing moon stones falling from the sky – one landing straight into Shrine Island.
The player can do sidequests, such as Hide & Seek, collecting fish for Vyse’s mom, following the mysterious ship and finding Ben for rewards. Three Discovery Logs can be collected. A merchant ship is stationed outside saying the world will be more expansive when the game is fully released. The trial ends when you defeat Sentinel (アガタウマス - Agathamaus) in Shrine Island.
Notable differences:
- Vyse and Aika start with Pirate Clothes instead of Vyse’s Uniform and Aika’s Shorts. Fina starts off with a Silk Robe, which is changed to Fina’s Robe.
- A lady resides in Aika’s house as a temporary clerk. She's a common shop NPC otherwise.
- The camera angle is panned inwards when talking to the villagers.

Fina, we’ll be heading over to Shrine Island to find the Moon Stone right now… |
Fina, we’ll be heading over to the Shrine Island to get that Moon Stone in a few minutes. You can stay here and relax at my place if you want. |
Vyse |
Would you like to come with us? |
|
Fina |
Yes, I’d love to go. |
That will be fine. Thank you. |
Aika |
Alright Vyse, let’s get going. I’ve already prepared a boat on the top wharf. |
Alright Vyse, let’s get going. The boat is on the upper dock, and it’s ready to go! |
*Vyse |
The top wharf? Gotcha. Thanks! |

You can interact with a group of kids who want to play hide ‘n seek. Doing so grants you a hint from Jimmy, who gives a clue about one of the artifacts. Later on, it was changed to giving a hint about the Captain Quarters having a secret passageway through a bookshelf.

Aw man... you found everyone… Well, a promise is a promise. I guess we have to tell you the secret... |
I can’t believe you found us all! Oh well, a promise is a promise. I’ll tell you a secret. |
Jimmy |
There's a mysterious statue on a small island between “Forest Island” and “Sand Island.” |
You know the bookshelf in Captain Dyne’s room? I think there’s some sort of secret to it! |
Jimmy |
I overheard my dad talking about it. If you pass by it on your ship, you should check it out! |
I was looking for a book in there one day and when I leaned on the book shelf, it sorta moved a little funny. Maybe you should check it out! |
- Overworld battles play normal battle music and use The Albatross as a background stage.
Menu:
- The music does not fade when in the menu.
- The sound effect for healing is vastly different from the retail build.
- Several items were translated closer to the Japanese version. See Localization Changes above.

- Despite being able to fish in this demonstration and seeing “Riches” appear above the ship when catching some, you won’t get currency from it. Only unusable items. Later on, “Rich” were relabeled as Gold, and the overworld sprite obtains a different popup.
- Topple Rocks is named “Dumpling Rocks”.
- The Grieving Prince Statue took away “Statue” away from its name later on.
- Penguin was renamed to Icebird.
Air Pirate’s Headquarters had a major design overhaul by giving the place a look that was built from ship scraps.

Vyse! Look, over there… There’s smoke! |
Vyse! Over there! Look at the size of that hole! |
Vyse |
Looks like the Moon Stone fell through the roof. It’s probably inside the shrine. |
The Moon Stone must have caused that. It must be huge… Aika look! Water is flowing into the shrine! |
Vyse |
Well then. We’ve got no choice but to go in! |
In the Old World, this island was a sacred place. These ruins used to be some sort of temple. Nobody’s been here for generations. |
Aika |
Oh, before we go… Is there anything left to do, like look for Moonberries? |
Yeah, I’ve heard stories about this place, too. I’ve heard there are monsters crawling around inside. |
Aika |
This is the final destination in this mini-adventure. You won’t be able to turn back once you enter. |
But Moon Stones that big are rare! We’ve got to go in and get it! You know how I can’t pass up a treasure hunt. |
Vyse |
Oh… Then maybe it would be a good idea to head back out and explore a little bit more. |
|
Vyse |
When we’re ready, we’ll head into the shrine and get the Moon Stone! |
|
Aika |
Besides, how bad can it possibly be? |
|
Vyse |
You’re right. We’re going treasure hunting! |
|
In the Prototype version, going into the temple leads Vyse and Aika directly to an encounter with the Sentinel. A puzzle leading up to the boss was added later.

Alright… we’re inside now, Vyse. |
We finally made it. That wasn’t too bad! |
Vyse |
Yeah. But It’ll be a pain to carry this big of a thing back to the top. |
Yeah. But look at the size of that Stone! It’ll be an adventure and a half just to get that thing back outside! |
Aika |
Aah! |
Aaaahh! |
Vyse |
What’s wrong, Aika!? |
Aika?! What’s wrong?! |
Aika |
Vyse… Those rocks… they’re moving! |
Vyse… It’s… It’s moving…! |

Whew… Looks like it won’t be getting up anymore. What was that thing? |

An ancient sculpture, maybe? Who knows? Regardless, we need to hurry and secure the Moon Stone. |
Some kind of ancient guardian, I think. Who knows? Okay Aika, we need to hurry up and secure the Moon Stone. |
Aika |
Okay! |
That’s my kind of plan! |
Aika |
Wow… This Moon Stone is huge! |
Wow… This Moon Stone is huge! |
Vyse |
Oh man, it was definitely worth going through all that trouble. We won’t have to worry about fuel for a while with this thing! |
Yeah, it was worth going through all that trouble. We won’t have to worry about fuel for a while! |
Aika |
It’s beautiful… Treasure hunting like this is the best part of being an Air Pirate! |
It’s beautiful… Treasure hunting is definitely one of my favorite part of being an Air Pirate! |

Everyone will be pleased! |
Wait til everyone back home sees what we found! |
Vyse and Aika do their duo pose, and the trial comes to an end. A new screen will appear if you cleared everything the mode offered to you. Otherwise it will tell you what you’ve accomplished and what was missed at the top left. Either way, you’re congratulated on clearing Miniature Navigation stating the game will be released soon. Any buttons will send you back to the splash screen.

The second battle takes place in the Valuan Catacombs against Bleigock (イマゴタリア - Imagotalia )
- Bleigock has a rendering error where the abdomen sometimes flickers on and off a bright, translucent green color.
The third battle takes place directly in the Colosseum against three Executioners( 獄長 - Warden) In the retail build, you fight against one Executioner and two Spell Wardens. Spell Warden can be found during a sidequest in the Miniature Navigation section.
The fourth and last battle takes place in the Temple of Pyrynn, where Vyse and co fight against the Rokwyrm ( ラァス - Laas )
