Pokémon Specifications#

Found in GFDocs\開発素材DB\★データベース元データ\01_ポケモン仕様書\10_プラチナ\PLドキュメント：西野\その他 is a word document from programmer Koji Nishino about how Rotom, Giratina and Shaymin's new forms will be modified when Platinum is connected to Pokémon Battle Revolution.

This doesn't confirm or deny if the 2008 and 2009 builds had models for the new forms introduced in Pokémon Platinum, although its unlikely given they weren't allowed to be used.
