Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically: Look deeper into each specific revision.

Careful, you'll lose an eye.

This page or section needs more images.
There's a whole lotta words here, but not enough pictures. Please fix this.
Specifically: Add contest music, Battle Frontier field tracks, WiFi Plaza music, Regi battle theme, etc.

Please elaborate.
Having more detail is always a good thing.
Specifically: Do a better job describing the exact differences, mentioning the instrument names.

Revision numbers correspond to pl_data/sound_player/pl_sound_data.sdat in the SVN repository.

Battle! Giratina#

SVN Revision 12105
The first non-placeholder revision of the track, featuring rougher instrumentation, lacking the intro as well as some background instruments, and with a different loop (at 1:48).

SVN Revision 12211

Ever so slightly more refined, featuring another different loop and adding previously missing audio effects.

SVN Revision 12711

The intro is finally here, but unrefined. The rest of the track is now close to final, aside from the loop which is still similar to revision 12211.

Battle! Frontier Brain#

SVN Revision 10143

While mostly finalized by this point, a few background instruments are missing in certain parts of the track (notably at 1:29), and a misplaced note can be heard at the beginning.

Distortion World#

SVN Revision 8580

Contains a frequent riff not heard in the final, a few misplaced notes.

Global Terminal#

SVN Revision 5704

The lead uses much harsher instruments at this point, and the track is significantly louder as a result.

SVN Revision 7022

The lead now uses its final instruments, outside of the end segment at 0:45, which still resembles the previous revision.
