The SC-3000 (aka Sega Computer 3000) is a home computer produced by Sega released the same day as the SG-1000 home console. The home console actually acts as a cheaper alternative to this computer, though software compatibility between the two is virtually identical. An upgraded model of the computer would be released shortly after as the SC-3000H with an improved keyboard.
