Formed in 2003, Hudson Entertainment focused on localising and publishing Hudson Soft's titles for the North American market. They previously published their own titles as Hudson Soft USA from 1988-1995.
The company was closed and liquidated in February 2011, not long after Hudson Soft's full acquisition by Konami.
