If you go to the game scene and then click on Square (1), a green square resembling the Baldi's Basics stamina bar can be seen. According to the code in it, it was actually for a box collider.
White Square#
When you enable Gameobject (5), two copies of a white square appear far in the background.

A texture that was likely intended for an unused rail object.
