Wagyan Land 3 is the third and final Wagyan Land game released for the Famicom and the last original Famicom game published by Namcot but wouldn't depart the system until two more Famista releases.
Sound Test#
Change RAM address $61 to 05 to enable a sound test. Press Up or Down to change the music/effect number (music tracks are 00-1F, sound effects are 20-4F), A to play the current selection, and B to stop. Note that most values from 50-FF will make a nasty sound and crash the game.
It's worth noting that there is actually data for four positions for the main menu cursor, even though the final menu only has three options. Forcing the cursor to the fourth position activates the sound test, which (along with the positioning of the sound test numbers) implies that this was the original method of accessing it.

Level Select/View Ending#
Change RAM address $61 to 08 to enable a simple stage select. Press Up or Down to change the stage number, and Start to go to the selected stage. You can also view the ending by selecting stage 65.
Unlike the sound test, there is no remaining code that sets this address to 08.
