This game is still under active development. |
In Vampire Survivors, it's up to you to survive endless onslaughts of enemies while your character attacks automatically. While not the first game of the "bullet heaven" genre, it's definitely one of the big ones responsible for popularizing it.
This page contains absolutely no vampires. Probably.
Removed Content#
Crazy Escape#
The original music track for the Inlaid Library, named "Crazy Escape", was removed from the game for causing copyright issues for streamers and was replaced with "Reincarnated Echoes". An alternate rendition of the original track that avoids said issues, "Libro Inferno", was later added as the default track for the Inverse Inlaid Library.
Count#
An enemy named Count formerly appeared as the 20-minute boss in the Inlaid Library. Probably owing to his very obvious resemblance to Olrox's second form from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, he was eventually removed. The real Olrox would eventually appear as a boss (and playable character) in the Ode to Castlevania DLC.
Filename Oddities#
Quite a few things in this game have internal file IDs that make reference to non-finalized names or development codenames. Most are quite banal, though, so only the interesting ones are listed below.

Playable Characters#
In general, the powered-up "Megalo" forms of characters are just referred to as "Mega" in the internal IDs. For example, Megalo Menya Moonspell is "MEGAMENYA". Notably, Je-Ne-Viv is formatted like these as "MEGAGENEVIEVE" despite not having the "Megalo" term in her final name.
