Press ? on the title screen after it has finished loading to replace the text with a credit to the game's programmer, Jim Butler.

Rather than try to translate the "TURTLES" title text for every language, the European version simply removes it. The aforementioned hidden credit was unaffected by this change, and can still be accessed.
