The White Chamber

The White Chamber is a surreal horror point-and-click adventure that's heavily inspired by Silent Hill and the movie Event Horizon.

You play as an amnesiac purple-haired girl who wakes up in a metal coffin and must explore an abandoned space ship while dealing with otherworldly forces that attempt to stop her in various ways, usually in a psychological manner. There are also multiple endings, ranging from being extremely grim to be very goofy.

The game is mostly remembered nowadays for having Kira Buckland and Phillip Sacramento voicing the only two notable characters, along with an infamous area due to the disturbing (or perhaps silly to some) music track.

While a remastered version was announced in 2014, nothing else has come up about it since then. Presumably either cancelled or stuck in development hell.
