This is a sub-page of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
jpn_font_static#
This file contains the font textures used in the game.
Hylian Font#
Like in Ocarina of Time, a font containing a complete set of Time Hylian characters can be found within the Japanese font file that is used for dialog boxes. It is possible to hack the game in order to display these symbols.
Unlike The Wind Waker, in which the Deku Tree, Jabun, and Valoo speak in Sky Hylian script on the first play-through, no characters in Majora's Mask use Hylian. However, Hylian script appears on various signs and items in the game. Unfortunately, save for instances of Hylian on textures reused from Ocarina of Time, the Hylian in Majora's Mask is gibberish. Transcriptions and translations of the Hylian from each Zelda game are available at Zelda Wiki.
Greek Font#
Also, like in Ocarina of Time, a font containing a complete set of Greek characters can also be found within the Japanese font file used for dialog boxes. Once again, it is possible to hack the game in order to display these symbols.
No characters in Majora's Mask or Ocarina of Time speak in Greek. However, Greek symbols can be found in certain areas in Ocarina of Time, such as the walls of the first room in the Fire Temple.
item_icon_dungeon_static#
This file contains textures that appear on the dungeon map screen.
Floor Labels#
Like Ocarina of Time, there are more floor tags than there are dungeon floors.
icon_item_gameover_static#
This file contains textures that would have appeared on a Game Over screen similar to Ocarina of Time. However, in Majora's Mask, running out of hearts simply resets you to the beginning of the area, and letting the moon fall results in a lengthy cutscene that never explicitly says "Game Over" (or uses these textures) at any point.

Display Notes#
This graphic, which reads "Display notes with", would have been used to display the notes for various songs. It is a leftover from Ocarina of Time.
00A5F000-00A65A10 (Bombers' Notebook Icons)#
Madame Aroma#
Unused: Used:
For some reason, Madame Aroma has two Bombers' Notebook icons. The one on the left is higher contrast, and the fact that her right arm is visible sticking out at her side may mean that her model is in a T-pose due to no animation being assigned to it.
do_action_static#
This file contains textures that appear on the action button.
Navi#
This action text reads "Navi". It's leftover from Ocarina of Time's early development, when the action button said "Navi".
Reel#
This text reads "Reel". It is used when Link takes out the Fishing Rod in Majora's Mask (J) 1.0, an item only obtainable through hacking.
Hook#
This text reads "Hook". It may be a development leftover used when Link had the option to grab onto things with the Hookshot.
gameplay_keep#
This file contains objects that are used during regular gameplay.
Early Navi Wing#
This fairy wing is a left over from Ocarina of Time. The design was once used for Navi's wings in Ocarina of Time, before being replaced by the modern wing style.
gameplay_feild_keep#
This misspelled file contains objects that are used in the outdoor areas of the game.
Bombable Wall#
This bombable wall is left over from Death Mountain Trail in Ocarina of Time. The filenames of these textures have been taken from Majora's Mask 3D. The "c" stands for "child".
gameplay_dangeon_keep#
This misspelled file contains objects that are used in the dungeons of the game.
Early Item Icons#
These icons are left over from Ocarina of Time. They feature earlier item designs: A Kokiri Sword with a green gem instead of a red one, a small magic bottle without a drop shadow, a bomb bag, and white Fairy Slingshot. The filenames of these textures have been taken from Majora's Mask 3D.
title_static#
This file contains textures that appear on the game's file select and option screens.
Medallion Icons#
These medallions icons were used on Ocarina of Time's file select screen. They are only present in (J) 1.0.

Hidden Developer Signature#
The statue of the head located at the top of Stone Tower that serves as the entrance to the local temple has untextured holes for its eyes, nose, and mouth. Hidden in the space these holes obscure is a mirrored signature of field designer Hiromasa Shikata.
