Unused Graphics#
Some enemies were meant to have another "defeated" sprite where they are seen upside-down. The first one can actually be killed in the Amiga port, but not in this version, so this sprite goes unused alongside the others.

Fucha, the big unlucky dragon, was meant to have a right-facing sprite animation. However, it is broken due to parts of the sprites being wrongly ordered and some of their graphics being overwritten by the Magic Huge Diamond.
Fucha was also supposed to breathe fireballs. Likely scrapped to make him easier to bypass.

When either Giana or Maria take the Fire Wheel power-up, they will have an animation of their transformation. However, the animation was supposed to have 3 frames instead of 1. These frames are exactly the same as those from the Amiga port.
Some sprites of a fish found in the tilemap of the stages, facing left and right. Contrary to what it may look like, it cannot be placed underwater due to the color and transparency being swapped. The color fits with the water, though.

In-game, the sprite of the popped dream bubble looks like a puff of smoke. However with the sprite set in multi-color mode, it seems to appear in its intended appearance. It also resembles more its Amiga counterpart, but with the yellow color being white instead.
Unused Music#
A rather sinister-sounding track that contrasts from the rest of the game's overall music. Purpose unknown, though the melody can be heard at the end of the title screen theme in the Amiga version, as well as the "out of time" screen and Stage 33 of the Atari ST version.
It would later be referred to as a bonus track in Chris Hülsbeck's Sid Anthology Vol 2, and still later would be remixed in Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams as Dread / Doom (also known as In-Game 3).
