Super Lion King is one of those rare instances where a bootleg port of a game is more accurate than the official port of it.

An early version of Super Game's logo can be found after the level graphics, with the corresponding tilemap at 0x2A010. It's unknown if the corresponding palette exists within the game's data, or what "K64" means.
The early logo is used in fellow Super Game title BomberBoy, which would suggest that said game predates Super Lion King.
Graphics from an early version of Super Game's Aladdin bootleg. Their presence suggests that Aladdin was already in development at this point.
Revisional Differences#
Three versions of the game were released: the original Mapper 114 release, a revision, and the more common Mapper 4 version. The two mapper-differing versions are nearly identical, except that the Mapper 4 version disables the Bug Toss bonus minigame and stays on the Super Game logo screen for less time.
What's left of Bug Toss in the Mapper 4 version can be accessed by enabling FCEUX cheat 01FB:08 on the title screen and pressing Start. It's mostly intact, though some of the sprites are missing and it will crash after the "Bugs Collected" screen.
