Instead of running SNOWBLIND.EXE normally, run SNOWBLIND.SP as an executable. This will bring you to a level select screen where you can boot directly into any segment of the single player missions.
Of note is that the file paths displayed all begin with "clanwars", referencing the game's origins as Deus Ex: Clan Wars, a spin-off developed with the oversight and advice of series creators Ion Storm.
This needs some investigation. Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page. Specifically: Check if similar screens/access mechanisms are present in the PS2 and Xbox versions
