There is a debug menu, accessed by renaming mainmenu_en.ssb to mainmen_en.ssb and menu1_en.ssb to mainmenu_en.ssb. Here's the source for this info.

Phantom Dust is a real-time strategy action game with elements of digital card collecting for the Xbox from the creator of Panzer Dragoon.
A remake of the game for the Xbox One by Darkside Game Studios was announced at E3 2014 but due to monetary issues, was sadly canned by Microsoft. A remastered version of the game by Code Mystics was later released in May 2017 for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One.
