The very beginning of the ROM contains this:

西陣パチンコ物語 (C)1995 KSS / NISHIJIN
1995/04/19 Version 1.00 Programmed By J.Takahashi / R.Miura

Predictably, "西陣パチンコ物語" transliterates to "Nishijin Pachinko Monogatari".
