NCAA Football (SNES)

NCAA Football from Mindscape on the SNES is as awkward as the NCAA itself—but far more Greek.

This needs some investigation. Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page. Specifically: There's a sound test somewhere in here (SOUND NUMBER is in the ROM).
