Little Britain: The Video Game is a mediocre minigame collection based on the sketch-comedy show of the same name. Its appalling visuals, limited gameplay of only 7 minigames total (despite the back cover saying 8), and general source material containing topical, offensive jokes resulted in it being one of the lowest-rated PS2 titles.
In short, reviewers said "I don't like it."

Scrapped Lives Feature#
In the final version you can infinitely die with nothing happening, but it seems at one point in development the game did have a lives feature, where if you die (or jump) at least three times you'd get a game over.
