Limbus Company is a turn-based sci-fi/fantasy RPG centered on the horrors of a fictional capitalist dystopia. Fittingly, it is also a gacha game.
Unused Game Mechanics#
Multiplying Coins#
In addition to Plus value and Minus value coins that are already used by skills, a third type of coin flips exist - multiplying coins. What these coins do is multiply the Base power value of the skill by coin's value several times, based on how many coins the skill has. Despite the fact that multiplying coins were shown on pre-release screenshots, in the game they're not used anywhere, yet they exist in the code and fully work. Additionally several status effects exist that directly affect those coins, increasing or decreasing the coin value of the multiplying coin.
Madness and Angst Sin Types#
In addition to the seven main sin affinities (Wrath, Lust, Sloth, Gluttony, Gloom, Pride and Envy), two more sin affinities exist in files titled as "Madness" and "Angst", with their corresponding colors being black and white. No skills exist that would have these sin affinities, as well as there are no graphics for them. It's possible that they're left in files for further implementation and could be enemy exclusive, since all allies have fatal resistance against these two sin affinities.
These two sin affinities are technically referenced in game by abnormalities' suppressed cores, most of which have sin gems on them. Portrait of a Certain Day, the King in Binds, Hurting Teddy Bear and the Knight of Despair all have black & white gems on their suppressed cores, which most likely represent the combination of Madness and Angst sin affinities.
Unused Graphics#
Placeholder Images#
There appear to be a number of placeholder images in the files, mainly icons of simple sketched versions of the twelve sinners' used artwork.

There are also a number of placeholder graphics for various items, presumably for dungeon and lunacy bundle testing.

Early Expression Bubble Designs#
An early version of the "Expression Speech Bubbles" sometimes used in cutscenes exists in the files.

Differently colored versions of the abnormality Risk Levels can be found in certain UI images. These are consistent with their colors in Lobotomy Corporation, but may have been changed to avoid confusion with sin affinity colors.

Unused Dongrang Sprites#
Dongrang has a few unused cutscene sprites, notably of untouched versions of his distortion and his E.G.O. These may have been created for reference, but considering that they were put into the games files, they might have been planned to be used. (Techincally the cutscene log uses a picture of his unused E.G.O. sprite, but that is a separate file and also very cropped.)

There also exists an alternate version of the Effloresced E.G.O.: Farmwatch combat sprites. These are often referred to as 'ver2' in the files, while the used ones are referred to as 'ver1'. They're essentially identical to the used version, except his hat is removed, and his glasses are different than his cutscene design.

This includes identical portraits of his attack animations as well, suggesting that this design may have been intended to be used late into development.

Unused Fairy Festival Suppressed Core#
The Fairy Festival, an abnormality that came from Library of Ruina during the 3rd Walpurgist Night Into a Certain Library's Book, has an unused suppressed core sprite. The reason of why it's unused is quite simple: both Fairy Festival and Fairy Mass have special on-death visual effect that was taken from Library of Ruina and that is exclusive to stages on which they appear, in which the defeated enemy turn into pages. It theoretically could be used for an encounter outside of the Walpurgist Night, which just doesn't exist. Similarly to Fairy Festival, Fairy masses also have unused "corpse sprites", which aren't unused for the same reason of having unique on-death visual effect.
Unused unmasked Cassetti#
Cassetti, the bloodfiend of the sixth generation who escaped the La Manchaland, has an unused idle sprite (and animation) in which he doesn't have his mask. This idle could be used for some kind of cutscene, but ended up being unused. The whole existence of this maskless Cassetti is weird, since in the story he clearly states that his golden costume masque has been sewed to his face, the masqueless sprite has no sewing marks on the face, meaning that it was added pretty much early before all other animations were made.
Unused Sasha corpse#
Sasha from Multicrack Office who has been turned into a seventh generation bloodfiend by Cassetti, has an unused corpse sprite. The only time when the player fights Sasha, is the first wave of Cassetti's boss fight, in which she's programmed to run away when her health is depleted. This corpse sprite is used for non-focused Sasha enemy, which doesn't appear in any fights. Not even Time Moratorium status effect damage can bypass the "escape on death" trigger.
Old Assets for Story-themed Floors of Mirror of the Wuthering#
There are leftover assets for Canto & Intervallo themed floor packs that are stylized in the same way to match keyword-focused packs (Physical damage types, Sins and Status effects). While there don't seem to be "pack" assets for the full image of how they'd look, the unused silhouettes reveal early plans for who players could fight in those story-themed packs.

The Evil Defining |
The Forgotten offered us the fight against Recollected Festered G Corp Head Manager instead of Old G Corp Head Manager (who most likely was supposed to be in the pack itself, but due to their internal IDs being very close to each other (71001 for Old G Corp Head Manager and 71002 for Recollected Festered G Corp Head Manager), the one from Old G Corp was choosen instead).
Faith & Erosion shows Crawling Inquisitor instead of Four-Legged Beast, which is likely just an oversight.
Nest, Workshop, and Technology shows that along Rosespanner Workshop Rep Niko and Lobotomy E.G.O::Red Sheet - Marile, Effloresced E.G.O::Spicebush also could appear there. Considering that this floor theme pack is chooseable for first and second floors only (for first only in Hard dungeon), fighting Spicebush as a first boss in the run would be a painful experience.
Falling Flowers, since Spicebush appeared in the previous pack, Fairy Gentleman replaced her in this pack.
Tearful Things, since Fairy Gentleman is already presented in the previous pack, consists only of Shock Centipede and Brazen Bull - Tearful.
The Unchanging shows only Effloresced E.G.O::Farmwatch, despite the fact that Dongrang, Who Denies All actually appeared in the trailer for Mirror of the Wuthering. Was he supposed to appear in other packs or was it changed later to include him is unknown.
The Evil Defining shows only the whole Pequod Trio, Ahab, Queequeg and Starbucks, without Effloresced E.G.O::GasHarpoon. Most likely also was changed later to include GasHarpoon, or ProjectMoon couldn't figure out how to change her gameplay and scripts before making previews for packs.
Other packs (The Outcast, Flat-broke Gamblers, Automated Factory, The Unloving, Nagel und Hammer, The Unconfronting, Lake World, Crawling Abyss, Hell's Chicken and S.E.A.) roughly stayed the same until the release of Mirror of the Wuthering. Considering that there are no unused silhouettes for packs after The Evil Defining means that this design idea was dropped at that point and instead ProjectMoon decided to go with using Canto arts for previews.
Unused Voice Lines#
Various identities for sinners have special voice lines that are played under specific conditions (whenever the last coin of a skill hits tails or heads, the kill happened on the last coin, a special effect is applied and etc.). Some of those, however, are not used due to them being tied to scripts that don't exist/don't work or they're not attached to skills. And some of those are different outtakes recorded with different tones.
Effloresced E.G.O::Spicebush Yi Sang has only three unused voicelines: one for his skill "Bloodstepped Scent" and two that are related to sanity.

Unused Enemies#
There are tons of unused enemy IDs that are meant to used for various cases: in Story Cantos & Intervallos, in Mirror Dungeon, in Luxcavations, in Refractions Railways. Due to various reasons of either being removed or lack of encounters those that are listed below are unused in game, but still exist and most of them are in full working conditions. Watch on YouTube
Luxcavations Removed Enemies#
When EXP Luxcavations got released they had 3 waves of enemies instead of 2. The 3rd waves included bosses of their themes, as well as additional enemy variations. The 3rd waves were removed soon after EXP Luxcavations release, however enemies associated with those 3rd waves are still presented in files. This includes Recollected G Corp (Recollected Awry Soldier, Recollected Wallowing Soldier, Recollected Overtaken Soldier and Recollected Festered G Corp. H. Manager) who are fatal to slash instead of blunt, Aida with Tieque crewmen (Threatening Tieqiu Crewman and Flexing Tieqiu Crewman) who all are fatal to pierce, and N Corp Inquisition (Fearless N Corp. Inquisitor and Guido the Persistent) who are fatal to blunt. It's very unlikely that they'll come back into the game. Guido the Persistent seems to be slightly bugged, since he's normal to slash and inefficient to pierce rather than enduring both slash and pierce.

Main Story#
Papa Bongy (Weak)#
An unused enemy ID for Papa Bongy boss exists that presumably was supposed to appear on node 3.5-5, before it was replaced with a normal boss that has a special effect that reduces his HP. This weaker version has only two attack skills and one defense skill. He doesn't summon any raw chickens, only heals HP when there are raw chicken enemies presented in the fight, doesn't inflict tremor or cause any tremor bursts but inflicts rupture. Has only one body part.

Sturdy & Stern Little Brothers of the Middle (Non-focused)#
Non-focused versions of Sturdy & Stern Little Brothers of the Middle from Canto V exist. In the only fight against The Middle in the said canto they appear as focused enemies, leaving non-focused variations unused. Non-focused little brothers of the Middle do appear in Mirror Dungeon, but those are completely different enemy IDs.

Researchers of the Ring? (Öufi Association)#
Additional enemy IDs exist for Researchers of the Ring?, with them being "Öufi Assoc. Director", "Stubborn Öufi Fixer" and "Precise Öufi Fixer". Their difference from Researchers of the Ring? is in names of their skills, their skills being of Envy & Pride affinities rather than Lust & Wrath, and their skits being slightly different. In Canto VI the team of Sinners fights them after they reveal themselves, so their pre-reveal enemy IDs are never used. Director also has increased HP in comparison to his Researcher of the Ring non-focused version.

Pointillist Researcher of the Ring? (Non-focused)#
Non-focused version of Pointillist Researcher of the Ring? exist that doesn't appear in the story, since the fight with him is coded to be focused encounter in which he takes a role of a miniboss. He does appear in Mirror Dungeon but with different enemy ID.

Wild Hunt Dead Rabbits (non-focused)#
Bizarre & Veiled Dead Rabbits Henchmen, along with their Boss, have enemy IDs for non-focused fights. Those are left unused because the fight against Dead Rabbits Boss is coded to be focused encounter. The Dead Rabbits boss additionally appears to be not functional either due to unfinished coding or existing only by ID, while henchmen seem to be exact copies of Hefty and Slow Dead Rabbits.

Linton & The Reaved Lamenter of the Wild Hunt (Non-focused)#
Non-focused story versions of Linton & The Reaved Lamenter of the Wild Hunt. They aren't used because there are no non-focused fight nodes with them, and the only non-focused fight against Wild Hunt has Hindley and Josephine of the Wild Hunt. The Reaved Lamenter of the Wild Hunt is a pure speculation due to him being completely missing & the existence of an empty enemy ID slot that fits perfectly him.

Sasha (Non-focused)#
The Rep of MultiCrack Office Sasha, who ended up becoming a Bloodfiend, has a Non-focused enemy ID. She only appears as part of a boss fight against Cassetti, so the non-focused version is unused.

Disgraced & Despairing Bloodbags (Non-focused)#
Disgraced & Despairing Bloodbags, the ex-members of Fanghunt Office who got turned into Bloodbags, have Non-focused enemy IDs that are most likely were supposed to be used in fights prior to Dulcinea Boss fight. Since they appear only as part of Dulcinea's fight, Non-focused variations remain unused. What's interesting about them is that, in comparison to focused versions used in Dulcinea's fight, these bloodbags don't have sanity just like other bloodbags (versions used in Dulcinea's fight have sanity for whatever reasons).

Budding Zwei Fixer (Non-focused)#
|
|
This needs some investigation. |
The only Budding Zwei Fixer that the player fights in the Story appears in a fight against Corroded Camille (who's implied to be Paula by Meursault), so the Non-focused enemy ID is left unused. Examining the sprite sheet for the idle animation of Budding Zwei Fixer reveals that Quick-witted Yurodivy's head was used for this enemy, either because there were supposed to be more Budding Zwei Fixers to fight or because ProjectMoon couldn't draw Paula's proper graphics in time. This enemy exists only by ID, there's no working data for it.

N Corp. E.G.O::Sticking#
Nimble & Swift N Corp. E.G.O::Sticking users from Canto VIII part 3. In the story the sinners make a temporal truce with Jia Huan and Gubo squad, and the only fight with N Corp in this part happens against them, which is coded to be focused. So non-focused variations aren't used anywhere in the story.

Dawn of Green - Doubt - α, β, γ & δ (Focused)#
Dawn of Greeen - Doubt enemies have variations reserved for focused encounters, which don't exist because the whole Walpurgist Night was about killing dozens of them in a non-focused fight. Their resistance stats seem to be unfinished, or rather copypasted from "So That No One Will Cry" abnormality version used in Wrath Thread Luxcavations, which has fatal resistance to Wrath, inefficient to Lust and Envy, and endures all other sins (sloth, gluttony, gloom and pride).

Fairy Queen (Hard)#
When Walpurgist night "Into a Certain Library's Book" got released it had two fights with Fairy Queen - normal and hard. When the event ended only the normal version remained fightable, rendering the hard version for Fairy Queen and Fairy Mass enemies unused.

Mirror Dungeon#
Fairy-Long-Legs (weak)#
A weaker "base" variation of Fairy-Long-Legs along with his Giant Leaf who at first debuted in Mirror of Mirrors normal. With the release of Mirror of Mirrors hard a new variation of Fairy-Long-Legs was added, and this variation was used for all future Mirror Dungeons.
Comparing the weak variation with current "hard" variation it can be noted that the weaker one has lower max HP and lower base & coin power on his skills. Skill effects, passives and everything else are the same. This base version of the boss has been used for the variation of Fairy-Long-Legs that appears in Thread Luxcavation every Wednesday, altho this one is primarly fatal to Gluttony, is Ineffective against Sloth and Gloom and endures Wrath, Lust, Pride and Envy sin affinities.

Reawakened Lobotomy E.G.O. Users#
Reawakened Lobotomy E.G.O. users (Reawakened Lobotomy E.G.O::Sloshing, Reawakened Lobotomy E.G.O::Red Sheet and Reawakened Lobotomy E.G.O::Red Sheet - Marile) used to appear in Mirror Dungeon prior to Mirror of the Wuthering. With the release of Mirror of the Wuthering these three became unused because none of currently existing floor theme packs utilize them for any of their encounters.

Recollected Festered G Corp. H. Manager#
This guy used to appear as a possible first floor boss prior to Mirror of the Wuthering, then his role changed into being a mini-boss for "The Outcast" floor theme pack, and then got ultimately cut out in Mirror of the Dreaming. He most likely also was supposed to be a boss of "The Forgotten", but he got mistakenly replaced by Old G Corp. Head Manager instead. His only difference in comparison to the story version - slightly higher HP.

Guido the Persistent (3-13 version)#
The variation of Guido that has weaker kit and who escapes instead of simply dying. Went unused after the release of Mirror of the Lake.

K Corp. Class 3 Excision Staff#
A version of K Corp. Empowered Class 3 staff that used to appear in Mirror of Mirrors. It got removed with the release of Mirror of the Lake, but then added back into Mirror of the Wuthering with different enemy ID. Its difference from typical K Corp. Class 3 Empowered Staff is that it has increased max HP, always have 3 skill slots and actually has sin resistances and vulnerabilities.

Lobotomy E.G.O::Sunshower - Dongbaek#
Sunshower Dongbaek, along with her own Old Umbrellas, was planned to appear in Mirror of the Lake along with Distorted Dongrang, Wayward Passenger and Steam Transport Machine. Despite the latter three being added into Mirror of the Wuthering, Sunshower Dongbaek never got added into any themed packs of the Mirror Dungeon.
A second attempt was made to bring back Sunshower Dongbaek into Mirror Dungeon as a first phase for Spicebush Dongabek fight, however due to a bug this phase is skipped entirely.

Faelantern (Cancelled Mirror of Mirrors boss)#
Before its debut in Line 2, Faelantern was supposed to appear in Mirror of Mirrors along with Fairy Long Legs. Its old enemy ID is still presented in files, altho it causes various errors when loaded into the fight. This enemy ID also was mistakenly used in Mirror of the Dreaming when it was released, before the quick patch that fixed most of errors.

Dodoru#
|
|
This needs some investigation. |
The Manager Gnome with an unique name that we see in the Intervallo III-1 has a broken enemy ID reserved for the Themed Pack "Miracle in District 20". However instead of him in floor's boss fight a normal Manager Gnome appears. Dodoru does have stats identical to Manager Gnome, so it's not a huge loss.

Dawn of Green - Doubt - α, β, γ & δ#
|
|
This needs some investigation. |
Dawn of Greeen - Doubt enemies don't appear in any themed packs, nor does exist a special themed pack dedicated to the second Walpurgist Night, despite the fact that it has been seen in the trailer for Mirror of the Wuthering. They also exist only by IDs, which don't work.

Wild Hunt#
All units of the Wild Hunt, both focused and non-focused, don't appear in any themed packs outside of Erlking Heathcliff fight, in which separate enemy IDs are used instead. This also includes unused non-focused versions of Linton & The Reaved Lamenter from the story, the latter is still broken.

Oufi Association#
Similarly to story versions of these enemy IDs, separate IDs exist for Mirror Dungeon versions that aren't used in any themed pack either.

Wild Hunt Dead Rabbits#
Similarly to their story versions, special versions for Mirror Dungeon aren't used either. This also includes the broken Dead Rabbits Boss, and Bizzare with Veiled are still exact copies of Hefty and Slow henchmen.

Time Killing Time non-focused enemies#
IDs from 70140 to 70144, along with 71017, are used for enemies from Time Killing Time intervallo that appear in Mirror of the Wuthering. With the release of Mirror of the Dreaming they, for some reasons, got replaced with their story versions instead (IDs from 90140 to 90144 with 91017). Their only difference in comparison to the story IDs - different max HP.

Murder on the WARP Express non-focused enemies#
IDs from 70145 to 70151 are used for enemies from Murder on the WARP Express intervallo that appear in Mirror of the Wuthering. Similarly to Time Killing Time enemies, with the release of Mirror of the Dreaming they got replaced with their story versions (IDs from 90145 to 90151). This also includes Sasha, whose both non-focused & elite versions are unused in Mirror Dungeon. The one that appears in the fight against Cassetti is a separate enemy ID.

Queequeg (???)#
A version of Queequeg who's not part of Ahab's boss fight, titled as "???" exists, along with Gagged Pequod Town Villager. This fight is fought in Canto V's dungeon and most likely was supposed to appear in Canto V related themed pack too, but the fight ended up being cut from the Mirror Dungeon. This Queequeg seems to be bugged: The 8185 ID that was meant for Queequeg is empty, and Queequeg herself instead takes Blinded Pequod Town Villager's ID space. However because of that she also takes his "Body" part HP value, which causes her "Body" to have extremely low HP and makes her easily staggerable. The fact that she takes ID space of another enemy instead of taking the 8185 means that there's no Mirror Dungeon version of focused Blinded Pequod Town Villager. Gagged Pequod Town Villager doesn't seem to be affected and works just fine.

No-good Bandit and Big, Scary Bear#
Sanson's Illusions don't appear in Mirror Dungeon, which is a shame despite how childish they look and act in comparison to other enemies. They exist only by ID and don't work when put into the game.

Budding Zwei Fixer#
An enemy ID for non-focused Budding Zwei Fixer for Mirror Dungeon. Just like the original story non-focused ID, this ID doesn't function.

Sign of Roses#
Sign of Roses was supposed to appear in Mirror Dungeon with the release of Mirror of the Wuthering, but it couldn't fit within any of created Floor theme packs at that time. With the release of Mirror of the Dreaming new packs were added, one of them being Line 2: Möbius which included Sign of Roses as a boss fight. However the Sign of Roses that is used here has different enemy ID (its roses included). The Sign of Roses that can be fought through event and abnormality encounters is also a different entity with different enemy ID. The enemy IDs for the unused floor boss Sign of Roses is technically used for Abnormality encounters on the said pack, however those don't appear due to the fact that Line 2: Möbius is coded to be a Long Fight pack (includes only two event nodes, a rest node and a boss fight node).

Swift Strangers#
Swift Ambushing Stranger and Swift Pursuing Stranger from Canto VIII. Don't appear in any floor theme packs that were added in the Mirror of Immortality.

N Corp. E.G.O::Sticking#
Similarly to non-story versions of N Corp. E.G.O::Sticking users, these aren't used anywhere else. Only time when they appear - as part of the N Corp. Fraud duo and they're coded to be focused.

Refraction Railways#
Line 1: MADNESS#
There's a variation of K Corp. Class 3 Staff that has two phases coded in it. Second phase triggers if unit's HP reaches 60 or lower at turn end, and in its second phase it transforms into K Corp. Class 3 Empowered Staff. This was most likely the first idea for one of encounters of Line 1: MADNESS before it was changed. The behavior itself seems to be slightly bugged, as it keeps lowering its offense and defense levels.

Line 2: Möbius#
The encounter with Imagined T Corp. Class 3 Collectors (called as Refracted T Corp. Class 3 Collectors) was intended to additionally have two more Collectors, most likely intended for the second wave that appears at later cycles. The second wave instead reuses enemies from the first wave, rendering these two Collectors unused. The said collectors (8557 & 8558) are nearly identical to collectors from first wave (8551 & 8559), with the only exception for the ID 8558 being fatal to blunt instead of pierce.

Additionally, there was supposed to be another encounter with Refracted Dongrang, Who Denies All, with refracted versions of Tree of Vanity and Resentful Tree. Was the fight supposed to be different from the story or the same it is however unknown, since no data exists for the enemies and for the encounter, only data for names.

Line 3: MirrorClock OrangeRoad#
Two refracted variations exist for Blinded Pequod Town Villager and Gagged Pequod Town Villager. Despite the fact that they already appear in the Line 3: MirrorClock OrangeRoad on the first wave of Pequod Trio fight, these two seems to be supposed to be used for a fight against Queequeg. These variations exist only by names in language files, and there's no data even for Refracted solo QueeQueg, which means that the fight was cut out very early.

Additionally there is enemy data for refracted variation of entirety of Twinhook Pirates enemies: Moustachioed Twinhooks Pirate, Bandana-wearing Twinhooks Pirate, Agile Twinhooks Pirate, Tough Twinhooks Pirate and Twinhook Pirates First Mate Smee. How the encounter would look like is unknown however, since all other encounters against enemies that are normally non-focused were redone into unique focused fights.

Combining both of these unused enemy datas together with what was added into the Line 3: MirrorClock OrangeRoad, the initial idea for the 3rd Line seem to be to have 12 fighting nodes corresponding to each hour of a clock instead of 10 nodes (3 nodes for each section and 10th node for the center of the clock). What became the reason to short the 3rd Line is unknown but it's assumed that it was made this way to speed up the Line 3 playthrough.
Line 4: Masquerade#
Three refracted variations exist for researchers of the ring: Enamored Researcher of the Ring?, Mad Researcher of the Ring? and Pointillist Researcher of the Ring?. The encounter most likely would be the same as "6-29: Imitations 4". Those enemies don't work however.

Line 5: Merry Go Round#
There is data for 3 unused encounters, which consist of Solo fight against Barber, Fanghunt Fixers and Distorted Hohenheim. Those most likely were supposed to be additional fights for 3 existing sections of the Line 5. Reason of why they were removed is, again, could be to short the Line 5 for the sake of fast completion.

Unused Enemy Encounters#
The Dawn of Green (Focused)#
The file that contains info about encounters used for The Dawn of Green Walpurgist Night event has two more encounters that utilize the unused focused versions of Dawn of Green - Doubt enemies. Since the whole event provided only two fights, both being non-focused, these two focused encounters ended up being unused. Maybe for the better, or else it'd take ages to do Walpurgist Night missions.
Old Mirror Dungeons Leftovers#
There are leftover files for encounters that were primarily used for Mirror of the Beginning, Mirror of Mirrors and Mirror of the Lake, they're still presented in the same folder which is used for the current Mirror of Immortality. Mirror of the Wuthering and Mirror of the Dreaming were using the same files as Mirror of Immortality is currently using.
The Forgotten & The Outcast Floor Theme Packs Focused and Risky Encounters#
These two packs have data for focused and risky encounters, despite the fact that these can't appear at all due to packs being exclusive to first floor both on normal and hard difficulties. Those are leftovers from first weeks of Mirror of the Wuthering's release, in which these two floor theme packs could appear past first floor. In current Mirror of Dreaming both packs' focused and elite encounters have the same enemies: Focused nodes contain Gulae, Pigritiae and Irae peccalumuns of class 1, while risky encounters let you fight recollected G corp soldiers. In Mirror of Wuthering risky encounters in The Outcast floor theme pack players could fight Old G Corp Veterans that were led by Recollected G Corp Head Manager instead of Recollected G Corp Soldiers.
Nugel and Hammer Focused and Elite Encounters#
Similarly to the two above mentioned packs, Nugel and Hammer also has Focused and Risky Encounters that, while they exist and are coded to appear, simply cannot appear due to restrictions on how encounter nodes appear in Mirror Dungeon and the pack itself being exclusive to first floor both on normal and hard difficulties. Strangely enough, rather than being Leftovers from Mirror of the Wuthering, they were reworked to fit with Mirror of the Dreaming. Risky encounters consist of all 9 variations of N Corp Inquisitors, while Focused encounters have Irae, Luxuriae and Superbiae Peccatulums of class 1.
Non Elite Encounters for The Noon of Violet and Full-Stopped by a Bullet floor Theme Packs#
Due to how unique these floor themes are constructed (having a fight node, then a choice between two paths having two event encounters, both ending with the same fight node, then rest stop before the boss fight), there are unused encounters assigned to these packs but never used. Most likely those were supposed to appear as a first fight node, but due to both fight nodes being from elite pool, they ended up being unused. For The Noon of Violet floor theme it's two focused encounters, and for Full-Stopped by a Bullet floor theme it's two normal encounters. Their difference from elite nodes is that they have one less enemy to fight (The Noon of Violet focused encounters having only two backup Fruit of Understanding instead of three, and Full-Stopped by a Bullet normal encounters having only five fanatics instead of six, without Aggressive Gear Worshipper).
Refraction Railway theme pack encounters#
Despite the fact that Refraction Railway theme packs are built to only have two event encounters, one shop/rest and a long boss fight, they still have data reserved for normal fights, elite fights, focused fights and abnormality encounters. These nodes mostly consist of enemies that were fought in their respective Refraction Railways. There are also additional data for boss fights that didn't get used because of packs being "Long fights".
Line 1: MADNESS pack's normal fights are fought against Recollected G Corp, Casino Security, Mariachis, Tieqiu Crewmen and K Corp checkpoint guards. In Focused fights manager fights focused variations of Recollected G Corp, Mariachis and N Corp Inquisition that came from Line1: MADNESS itself. In Risky Encounters you could fight N Corp. Inquisition and Revived K Corp including Class 3). In abnormality fights you could fight mini-boss variations of Headless Itchys and Alleyway Watchdog, Blubbering Toad, kqe-1j-23 and My Form Empties. Full boss fight nodes include fights against Blubbering Toad, kqe-1j-23, Kromer and My Form Empties.
Line 2: Möbius normal and risky fights consist solely of Imagined T Corp. Class 3 collectors, since those were the only "humans" of Line 2. Focused encounters seem to be against Peccatulum Iraes, Morositatis, Pigritiae and Gulae, both of Class 1 and 2, and abnormality encounters are coded to have fights against mini-boss versions of Steam Transport Machine, Faelantern, Wayward Passenger, Sign of Roses and Fairy-Long-Legs. Unused boss fights consist of Steam Transport Machine, Faelantern, Waywayrd Passenger and un-buffed Sign of Roses.
Line 3: MirrorClock OrangeRoad for normal fights have Pallid White Mermaids along with Pallid White and Blue Mermaids, Mermaids of Thousand Strands and Pequod Town Villagers. Risky encounters have Pallid White Mermaids with Pallid White and Blue Mermaids, and Pequod Town Villagers. Focused encounters are the same as in Line 2: Möbius, and both abnormality & full boss encounters let you fight Drenched Gossypium, Ardor Blossom Moth and Spiral of Contempt.
Line 4: Masquerade could let you fight in normal fights Dead Rabbits (both normal and red-eyed), Edgar Family Butlers, Wuthering Heights Butlers and Kurokumo henchmen and Wuthering heights butlers. Focused fights consisted of the same fights fought in previous two packs, while Risky encounters had Kurokumo Henchmen (along with Jun) and Wuthering Heights (along with Josephine), There's no unused data for abnormality mini-boss encounters, but the unused boss data holds fights against Portrait of Certain Day, Dreaming Electric Sheep, King in Binds (along with "Adamantine Wall" wave that doesn't utilize the backup units), N Corp Envy Peccatulumn Team aka "Chiseling", Blade Lineage Envy Peccatulumn Team aka "Boneflesh" and "Forgery" Envy Peccatulumn Team. The last 3 boss fights, in comparison to their fights from actual Line 4: Masquerade, do utilize support identities as backup units. All the text here applies only to Section 3 pack, while Section 4 pack has only the boss fight against King in Binds.
Unused & Removed E.G.O. Gifts#
There are a few E.G.O. Gifts that either used to be in game but got removed, or were added into the game but haven't been implemented yet. Considering that Limbus Company is a Live-service game, there are chances that they may be added in future updates in reworked forms.
Unused story E.G.O. Gifts#
There are files for five unused E.G.O. Gifts that were supposed to appear in story: one from Branch J-03 in Canto II "The Unloving", and four from Branch K-02 in Canto III "Canto III: The Unconfronting". Hopeful Eye resembles the eye of victims possessed by Pink Shoes. Digging Scales and Severed Snake Head seem to belong to Coil-Corroded Inquisitors, and Cured Flesh with Watchful Eye appear to belong to Mimicry-Corroded Inquisitors. Neither of those five E.G.O. gifts have stats or descriptions, so it's unknown what would they do.

Removed Mirror Dungeon E.G.O. Gifts#
Note: E.G.O. Gifts from Pilgrimage of Compassion event are not presented here and instead will be described on a sub-page.
Entry Ticket and Golden Entry Ticket are E.G.O. Gifts that used to be part of Mirror of the Beginning and Mirror of Mirrors. They were automatically given on floors 2 & 4 and they provided the manager with additional slot for a sinner in fight, allowing them to have up to 5 sinners in a fight in Mirror of the Beginning, and up to 7 sinners in a fight in Mirror of Mirrors. (These E.G.O. Gifts technically may not even have any effects because the number of deployable sinners is tied to the encounter data instead). Manager could not get rid of them since the ability to sell E.G.O. Gifts was added in Mirror of the Lake, in which these Entry Tickets got removed from the Mirror Dungeon.

Unused Mirror Dungeon E.G.O. Gifts#
An unnamed E.G.O. Gift that looks like Dreaming Electric Sheep's wool was added into the game on 17th July of 2025 Hatred and Despair update along with Blue Starshard that was eventually added into the game on 23rd October of 2025 update Murder on the WARP Express BokGak. This E.G.O. gift has ID 9818, which with the release of Murder on the WARP Express BokGak event, was replaced by Discarded Dimensional Gauntlet.

Another unnamed E.G.O. Gift with an ID 9815 exists that looks like it could be a fusion of Interlinked Time and Microprecision Time Accelerator from Time Killing Time BokGak. Since it's an intervallo themed E.G.O. gift it's very unlikely that it'd be added in future updates.
