KILL la KILL -IF is a 3D arena fighter based on the anime series Kill la Kill, which was popular in the early 2010s. The subtitle IF is due to the fact that the game's story is a what-if, where Satsuki Kiryuuin is the main protagonist instead of Ryuuko Matoi.

OBJTEST.pac contains a rather strange flesh-like cross surrounded by small rocks. This may possibly be a relic before the art direction was changed, as the game suffered from a rocky development.1

SND_021_SAT_VOI and SND_024_SAT_VOI each contain a sound file for Satsuki named TEST, which is basically two seconds of pure silence.
