Differences from PS3/X360/Wii/PC/3DS#

The Nintendo DS version is generally based on the Wii/3DS version, with cues from the 3DS version also taken, so any differences from those versions will not be documented on this section. However, this version has enough changes to warrant its own section.

  • Due to the aforementioned order changes, some cutscenes were moved around to different points.
  • The opening logos, including Activision and Behaviour Interactive, are still.
  • The graphics, of course, are even worse.
  • Most voicelines were removed.
  • Bob-Smashing has exclusive voicelines for Manny and Captain Gutt that also appear on PS3/X360/PC but not Wii/3DS.
  • Prehistoric Plumber was renamed to just Plumber on the instructions and results screens.
  • Coconut Slingshot was renamed to just Slingshot on the instructions screen.
  • On the 3DS version, cutscenes are on the top screen and are cropped to 14:9. On the NDS version, cutscenes are on the bottom screen and are cropped to 4:3.
  • The event complete screen is completely different, as while the 3DS version shows it on the bottom screen as the event ends while the top screen shows the event itself, the NDS version uses both screens for the event complete screen and show it after the event ends.
  • The tutorial voicelines are direct readings by the characters of the instructions instead of unique instructions from the characters.
  • The final standings have a background that looks closer to the PS3/X360/PC version.
