The game resources define a race called P3 that is not shown in the game. The Megaship (a.k.a. lavaship) is a mothership class with only a S_LargeIonCannon class weapon that fires repeatedly. with a max health of 600000 compared with the Bentusi/traders ship (400000) and the R1 and R2 Mothership (160000), the Megaship is the toughest ship in the Homeworld universe.
It appears in the mission 11 cutscene when the Taiidan attacks a Bentusi ship. the cargo barge comes out from the ship and is destroyed seconds later. The ship is actually a non combat class ship that, if you edit the resources to play with it, does nothing. You only can move it around.
There is a lot of models in the entry /derelicts in the big file, most of them are models of debris and junks. And mostly are used in the mission 13 Karos graveyard. Also contains leftover models from fully functional ships.
An older model of a Kushan Ion cannon frigate. It's interesting the huge amount of max health of 60000 compared to the final Ion cannon frigate that only has 15000.
It appears as a junk ship in Karos graveyard mission but is a playable ship if you edit some resource files. It's a lighter and slower version of the final multi-gun convette and it has more max health. (Almost 15 times more).
