Ford GT (No Stripe) '05#
While not normally accessible in Arcade Mode (except in two-player races, if loaded from a GT Mode save), the Ford GT (No Stripe) '05 has an Arcade Mode thumbnail.

Chevrolet Corvette (C6)#

A car banner for a Chevrolet Corvette (C6). The logo asset itself appears to be a simple placeholder containing the car's internal name as mentioned, created with one of the game's default white sans-serif fonts, similar to the Vemac logo asset.
The C6 Corvette would debut in the series with the Z06 model in Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.
Nissan 350Z Gran Turismo 4 Limited Edition (Z33) '05#
There are two alternate logos for Japanese and American equivalents of the Nissan 350Z Gran Turismo 4 Limited Edition (Z33) '05 (since Nissan marketed the GT4 Limited Edition car simply as the 35th Anniversary model outside Europe); the model that appears in all versions of the game is the European model, evident with the European-sized license plates and the fact Nissan only marketed the model as such in Europe.
Of note is that string for the American model appears in GTPSP, but not the Japanese model.
