It's called Gate of Thunder, and it's got the arcade feel!

Regional Differences#
The Japanese version was released as a standalone game. In the US, however, Gate of Thunder was only available on an untitled compilation disc that was packed-in with the Turbo Duo, alongside simple CD conversions of Bonk's Adventure, Bonk's Revenge and Bomberman (the latter as a hidden bonus game), with a unique selection menu introduced by Bonk. All of these were dropped for the international Virtual Console releases.
