An arcade game tied into the early 90's DiC series ("Series 2" to all you DVD shoppers), most evident by the use of its "Got to Get Tough" theme. A real Arcade Hero(R)!
Hasbro logo#
Graphics for a (soon-to-be-retired) Hasbro logo, which don't seem to appear anywhere in the final game. Given that there are two of them, they probably couldn't decide on what size they would use. It is also (far less) possible that it was going to have a "zoom" effect, although there are only two frames.
