Unused Music#

In the game’s music files, there are unused low and medium variations of the main menu theme. While they don’t appear in the final game, de Blob 2 uses similar low and medium variations of its menu theme across different menus, suggesting they may have been intended for the same purpose here.

Demo#

According to composer John Guscott, Demo was the very first track he created for de Blob. It was originally meant only as a test piece to see how the game’s music system would function. This track can also be heard in several pre-release videos of the game.
