Higher-quality versions of the SEAL Captain’s player spotted voices have “sd” in them. An unused enemy in the game is called the “Seal Diver”, which can be abbreviated into “sd”. It seems likely that the Captain’s voices were originally meant for the cut SEAL Diver.

SEAL Diver#

Speaking of the SEAL Diver, several quotes with “sd” in them are in the game’s files.
