To do:
There are a couple of test maps shown in the video files in the 2025 remaster "Crocipedia" that aren't listed here - specifically a level with an Indiana Jones-style rolling boulder obstacle and a map with the time-limited torch mechanic. Are these still in the files?

Map ID	Address	Name	Description
114,466,598,b	GAME\FRONTEND\title.map	Default New Map	Enclosed forest area with a Dantini, Gobbo, two different trees and a tree stump. Although not seen here, the dark red rectangle in the lava is actually several lava flows running underneath the level.
580,367,424,b	GAME\FRONTEND\options.map	Default New Map	Enclosed underground area with two lava pits and a well in the center.
947,1222,1728,b	NATHAN\DESTEST.MAP	Default New Map	Enclosed underground desert area with platforms, a well (towards the left) and an inaccessible door (seen in the distance). Croc can't actually reach the door without hacking. Not that it really matters, since the door leads nowhere.
2646,764,1238,b	TONY\MAP1.MAP	NICE AND EASY	Enclosed forest area with a Jigsaw piece, 8 Crystals and a Mound... Thing. The code mentions a 'MultiJumpy' which should spawn in the pathway leading to the door, but it never loads.
2169,477,534,b	GAME\FOREST\LEVEL5\MAP6.MAP	Default New Map	Enclosed underground area with a well, and a pathway leading to another area filled with lava.
3410,672,1116,b	GAME\DESERT\LEVEL5\MAP8.MAP	Default New Map	Enclosed desert area with deadly acid, smash boxes containing Crystals and some water spouting from the walls.
4082,672,1116,b	GAME\FOREST\LEVEL5\MAP6.MAP	Default New Map	Underground area with four worms and hearts. Identical to Fight Night with Flibby's bonus area. Can also be loaded with 5874,1012,1264,b.
4754,1120,1504,b	DANL\MP001_00.MAP	Water Dantini Test	Dark, underwater area including a swimming Dantini, red fish, jellyfish, whelk enemy and Gobbo.
6886,1670,3616,b	GAME\CASTLE\LEVEL5\MAP7.MAP	Default New Map	Nearly identical to the bonus area of Swipe Swiftly's Wicked Ride, except that it lacks the Sparkling Stars. Also, the song that plays is the 3rd Baron Dante song as opposed to the Bonus level song.
8556,321,628,b	MAPS\TONY\BONUS.MAP	Bonus Texture Test	Grass square with one of each Crystal.
9677,785,1264,b	MAPS\LEWIS\MAP2.MAP	Oooh Dark	Underground area with lava, two fireflies, two fireballs and some platforms. The area appears to be almost mirrored from the center.
10462,598,746,b	MAPS\LEWIS\COLLMAP.MAP	Default Blank Map	Desert pit area with 3 platforms that lead up to an empty area.
15268,679,750,b	MAPS\LEWIS\COLLMAP8.MAP	Default Blank Map	Dungeon area with several rooms, all identical. The roof is only partially complete. The Crocipedia in the 2025 remaster describes this map as a prototype dungeon map demonstrating the various pieces used to assemble levels.
12037,1945,2564,b	MAPS\LEWIS\MAP4.MAP	Default New Map	Large desert area with many Crystals, a Ghost, two stretching platforms, a heart, a caged Gobbo and the key to unlock his cage placed right next to him. The Crocipedia in the 2025 remaster describes this map as an unused challenge room for the Desert Island.
13982,483,1078,b	MAPS\LEWIS\COLLMAP5.MAP	Big Cogs	Two large circular grass platforms with four cogs joining them. According to the internal data, some hearts should spawn somewhere, but they don't seem to do so.
14465,513,674,b	MAPS\LEWIS\COLLMAP6.MAP	Push Me	Enclosed forest area with 4 push blocks on top of each other. Despite the title, they cannot be moved.
16630,207,250,b	MAPS\LEWIS\COLLMAP7.MAP	Ice Imp Test	Empty enclosed ice area. According to the internal data, an Ice Imp should spawn somewhere, but it can't be seen anywhere. The Crocipedia in the 2025 remaster describes this map as a test of transitioning between snow and ice physics.
15947,252,314,b	MAPS/LEWIS\COLLMAP8.MAP	Default Blank Map	Blank grass square (Croc must be moved up there).
16199,226,314,b	MAPS\LEWIS\COLLMAP9.MAP	Intro Test Map	Desert area with a 'climbable' wall. When Croc tries to climb it, he gets stuck and his model becomes a little corrupted.
16425,205,256,b	MAPS\TONY\WATTEST.MAP	Water Test Map	Empty enclosed water area (you can swim upwards to get out of it, though).
14978,290,386,b	MAPS\TONY\SNOWTEST.MAP	Snow Test	Empty enclosed snow area.
16837,320,370,b	MAPS\TONY\SPARKLE.MAP	Sparkle Test	Empty enclosed underground area. Camera goes haywire before settling, but will act strangely again when you hug certain parts of the walls.
17157,174,288,b	MAPS\TONY\MATTP.MAP	MattP Test Map	Small, blank grass square. It's supposed to load 'MattpStrat' and 'MattpStrat2' but fails to do so.
17331,623,750,b	MAPS\TONY\X.MAP	Go With The Flow	Ice area with two open doors (leading nowhere) and an alcove in the water. Should load BlueJumpy and BlueFly, but never does.
17954,283,432,b	MAPS\TONY\COLMAP.MAP	Default Blank Map	Grass square with a brown monkey.
18237,248,346,b	MAPS\RICHARD\RICKY.MAP	Music Dept.	Empty stone ground.
19087,451,768,b	MAPS\TONY\SEEDTEST.MAP	Seed And Waypoint Test	A blank white square with a heart, blue bag and yellow bag.
19538,529,654,b	MAPS\PAULM\MP004_00.MAP	Small Head's Gym	Large, empty castle ground square. Should load 'SmallHead' but never does.
20067,568,664,b	MAPS\PAULM\MP004_01.MAP	Swipe Swiftly's Dojo	A castle ground square with a Swipe Swiftly (which you can't interact with).
20635,535,732,b	MAPS\TONY\DESTEST.MAP	Water Spout Test	A desert area with small walls placed around the edges, open spaces in the corners and 2 Crystals. Although they never load, the coding shows FloatingMine, DesertMine and Red Crystal. The Crocipedia in the 2025 remaster isn't quite sure what this map was for, but theorizes that it was for testing desert-specific player behavior like footsteps.
21170,429,556,b	MAPS\PAULM\MP004_03.MAP	Simon Says	Empty castle ground square. Tries to load 'SimonSays' but fails.
21599,539,696,b	MAPS\PAULM\MP004_04.MAP	Paul Test 4	A castle ground square with a ghost and a platform.
22138,579,722,b	MAPS\PAULM\MP004_06.MAP	Nat's Plat	A castle ground square with three platforms that move when Croc leaps onto them.
22717,517,654,b	MAPS\PAULM\MP004_05.MAP	Water test	A dark water area with four hammerhead sharks.
23234,387,560,b	MAPS\PAULM\MP004_07.MAP	Fan Test	An enclosed water space with a hammerhead shark and four vents. The vents will hurt Croc if he approaches them. The Crocipedia in the 2025 remaster describes this as one of many single purpose test maps, purely intended for testing the unused water pumps obstacle.
23621,464,538,b	PAULM\MP004_08.MAP	Field Test	Large, empty castle ground square.
24085,4189,4208,b	ICEJOIN\OUTPUT.MAP	Jump and Fall part 1	An ice slide. This level (or one of the sub levels) were seen in early screenshots, only Croc used a Snowboard back then (which is also in the data). Dark level. The Crocipedia in the 2025 remaster suggests that this (and the next few levels) were experiments in making entire levels that were ice slides, that may have been cut due to diverging too far from the core platforming gameplay ("...or maybe they just got cold feet?")
28274,1692,1732,b	MAPS\CHRIS\CHRIS2.MAP	chris part 2	An ice slide that starts off with spikes (giant fangs?) at the sides.
29966,1609,1634,b	MAPS\CHRIS\CHRIS3.MAP	chris part 3	An ice slide with a house and some trees floating on mid-air platforms. At the end, there is a goal post.

33267,1534,1558,b	MAPS\CHRIS\SLITEST2.MAP	bonus 2 part 2	An ice slide with multiple paths. Choosing the wrong path results in Croc falling to his death. Not that it matters, because the same thing happens when you reach the very end anyway.
34801,1720,1738,b	MAPS\CHRIS\SLITEST3.MAP	Bonus 2 part 3	An ice slide, notable for the igloos at the end.
36521,1453,1476,b	MAPS\CHRIS\TWIST&S1.MAP	Twist and shout part 1	An ice slide.

43735,256,372,b	MAPS\ROGER\PELICAN.MAP	pelican	Blank grass square. Tries to load 'Pelicon' but fails. Changing the item to 'Pelican' does not work either. The pelican was an early enemy, seen in a prototype.
43991,255,372,b	MAPS\ROGER\PENGUIN.MAP	penguin	Grass square with a Penguin that leaps out of fire. He eventually vanishes off the edge of the board.
