This is actually a duplicate of a used line spoken by Dalton when he presents the modified Epoch, though it was localized differently in the US version. For reference, the used line is localized as "At last...! We did it! It's done!!"

いだいなるラヴォス様のめざめ! |
Lavos awakens! |
Very likely intended for Magus' flashback when encountering him on North Cape, as it is the only time Queen Zeal talks to the Gurus. If so, they would have preceded the first lines of the final game's flashback.
|
Japanese |
English |

|
サラ「賢者様……!? |
SCHALA: Gurus! |
Also related to the above. Unlike her brother, Schala does not react to the Gurus being sucked away by the Gates in the final game.

|
虹色のかけらを手に入れた! |
You got the Rainbow Shell! |
Unsure what this was meant to be for, since you never actually acquire the Rainbow Shell during Marle's sidequest - you find it at the end of Giant's Claw, try to pick it up and fail, and then warp to Guardia Castle where King Guardia XXI orders his soldiers to bring the Shell to the Castle. You do break off a Rainbow Shard to present as evidence at King Guardia XXXIII's trial, but that's much different from obtaining the entire thing.

そうよ! 原始にふって来て以来ずっと |
That's it! Ever since it fell in Primeval times, |
Marle has additional text for encountering the Lavos Core that comes right after her used speech. It goes unused due to a script error - the wrong control code is used, leading to the text box closing prematurely. Rather than fixing the control code, the American version just removed this paragraph entirely.

A whole bunch of lines intended for the main ending (beating the game regularly, with Crono alive), which also reveals that the 1000 A.D. Chancellor has children. None of these are used.
