3D Realms Anthology is a digital compilation of games published by Apogee and 3D Realms over the years, all nicely set up for modern systems and packed in with a compilation of hard rock remixes.
The collection was later delisted on December 31st, 2015, in part due to 3D Realms and Interceptor not owning the rights to some of the titles featured here, namely the Duke Nukem games.
Unused Launcher Art#
The following images are embedded in AnthologyLauncher.exe like all the other artwork but are seemingly unused.
The boxart of Max Payne, set up for the launcher. Max Payne was originally produced and distributed by 3D Realms, but they (along with the game's developer Remedy Entertainment) went on to sell the rights to Rockstar Games in December 2001.
The logo for the 2013 reboot of Shadow Warrior, included alongside the classic logo actually used in the launcher.
