This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically:

Document other changes
- Add comparison images
- See if there's any new maps
- See if anything else is missing other than the NPCs
Check if these changes were made in previous builds

The player still starts out at Nuvema Town upon starting a new game. However, it is impossible to progress now without the debug menus or walkthrough walls because a lot of the NPCs are missing in the game and the player cannot get a starter Pokémon.

Document Nimbasa gym more and find any differences from the final version (battles seem to work fine)
Look for any other new maps

The Nimbasa gym has been changed from Black and White, very closely resembling the final version.
