This is a sub-page of Proto:Persona 5 Strikers.
The Japan-exclusive demo for Scramble, released on February 6, 2020 for PS4 and Nintendo Switch. The gameplay features about the first hour of the game, and concludes as you leave the Shibuya Jail with Sophia.
Internal Name#
The suffix of "trial" is used in a few places internally.
Unused Text#
The following unused line appears in the demo's text archives.
そろそろ寝ようぜ
This translates to "Let's go to bed soon". Although it does not appear anywhere in-game, it is used as blackout text internally. Because the demo uses the same text file structure as the full game, this line replaces all lines of text that are not used in the demo. It covers about 10,000 lines in this way. The line itself is similar to a phrase seen in Atlus' spoiler warning for Strikers, that being "Let’s go to sleep."
Unused Assets#

This needs some investigation.
|
This demo contains a good amount of assets that, while used in the full game, have no purpose in the demo.

Oddities#
In a sea of hashed file names, the "Trial" graphic seen on the title screen stands out with the internal name of "03_title_win_trial", implying it was somewhat of an afterthought when compared to the game's standard compilation.
