- The FMVs that play upon startup cannot be skipped with the X button like in the final release.
- On an existing profile, you do not have the option to continue the Career, go to ModSpot or the Creation Station from the title screen like you do in the final release.
- The loading percentage usually present in all of the loading screens in the final release is only shown whenever loading a track/race in this build.
- The PIC1.PNG (XMB background when the game is highlighted) has Tag positioned closer to the right side of the screen in comparison to the final PIC1.PNG.

This needs some investigation. |
- Speaking of Previews, in PS3_GAME\USRDIR\DATA\MOVIES, there exists files referencing trailers for the games EyePet and LittleBigPlanet 2. The files in question are EYEPET.BIK, EYEPET.XML, and LBP2.BIK & LBP2.XML respectively. However, the .BIK files are too small to actually contain footage and the XML seems to have been pasted over from LOGO_SANDIEGO.XML as placeholder. These files do not exist in the final game.
- The HUD for the menus in the Creation Station contains some differences. For example, in this screenshot, this includes the icon for adding a new Sticker, or the prompts at the bottom of the screen telling you the controls, and even the display for what group to target next to "Target Group".
