Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

Battle Battle League is an early FDS build of what would eventually become Joy Mech Fight (on Famicom cartridge) that was specifically meant to be shown at the 1992 Nintendo-Dentsu Game Seminar, putting it about a year before the final game's release.

Two disks were dumped and released by armadylo on September 29, 2025: Disk 1 is the game itself, while Disk 2 contains a character/move editor on Side A.

This page or section needs more audio.
There's a whole lotta words here, but not enough audio. Please fix this.
Specifically: Music.

This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically: There's likely other differences.

Graphical Differences#

Proto

Final

Pretty much no similarities aside from some of the fighters appearing (not present in the prototype image).
