To do: Pretty much everything. Compare builds. I only made this page to document the weird Ballos joke that this build contains.

This late build of Cave Story is dated December 7th, 2004, 13 days before the 1.0.0.0 release. Despite being relatively close to the final release, many small changes were made to the game.

Graphic Differences#

To do: Once more graphics are ripped, move this to a subpage and compare the GFX to the prior build- along with the following one.

0.9.0.8, 0.9.1.1 onwards	0.9.0.9

Strangely, the graphics for Ballos' final phase are replaced with Volanda from Fantasy Zone- most likely as joke, seeing as the two bosses share similarities to each other.

This would be reverted back in 0.9.1.1 and Volanda would never heard from again.
