Anton originally looked less serious and gruff than he does in the final.

Although all of Anton's animations went through changes, the most noticeable is his Hammer Clutch. The Kickstarter had him do a sort-of hybrid shoulder bash kind of animation, with his mallet behind him. The final game has both of his hands holding the handle of his hammer, and made him look a lot more serious. This was changed likely due to how awkward the posing was on the Kickstarter animation.

Instead of doing the Antomic Bomb in the air, Anton instead just does a simple hammer slam. The reason it was changed was to set it apart from the Hammer Vault, and also give the ground pound some extra utility, such as breaking through blocks without stopping and creating shockwaves.

The Ballbusters looked more like how they did in Antonball Deluxe, and had a more soft brown palette. The final game made their snouts curve up more, pronounced the tips of their helmet, made the helmet spike bigger, and give them a more orange-brown palette. Additionally, they lacked the marching sound when walking around, and lacked the wind-up and cartoon running sound when charging.

The Wrecking Balls were originally a lot more detailed, having a brown body with a white eye, and had white barbed wiring around them. The final changed them to have a deep purple body with a yellow eye, and added green spikes to their body along side the barded wire, which is now black.
The original design for the Wrecking Balls is actually referenced in game, as a random channel the Funny TVs can switch to.

The dumpsters that take you to different rooms were originally manholes. The manhole IS still in the final game, as one takes you to the secret Antonball Deluxe room in the Top Floor of Brulo's Casino.

The bricks were originally a lot brighter, almost having a sort of pastel color palette.

Brulo's Elevator originally looked a lot less detailed. It had white grimy doors, black framing instead of gold, missing the sign and siren above the door, lacking the buttons on the right side, and missing the wall bits coming out of the sides. It's also missing the Happy Hour lock when it's idle, but it does have animation when it's idling, unlike the final. It also has a very dapper blue bowtie above the door.

The Anton Spirit, similar to Anton himself, originally looked more simple and less gruff. This original version is still left over in the final game.

All of the poker chips were originally much rounder and less angular, and the red chip wasn't larger than the blue chip. The purple chip, alongside having a much darker purple tone, does not animate in this build. Both the bricks and the blue chip (along with their sound effects) would wind up re-used in the final game's The End update, appearing in the Insomnious Vault area of Brulo's Casino.

The health cards were completely different. The Kickstarter had a light blue inside, which turned to a dark red upon hit, and the Beet was lighter. The final changes the card to be slanted, changed the blue and red inside to a beige-gray and dark gray, and made the Beet much more red.

The spinning animation actually had MORE animation in the Kickstarter! 19 whole frames compared to the final's 6 frames.
