Version 0.16 of .flow was created on April 1, 2012. As an April Fools version, most of the regular game is not accessible. Instead, gameplay consists of a special event.
General Differences#
- Most of the dream world is not accessible.
- Interacting with the PC leads to a special event in the hospital.
Unused NPCs#
There are unused NPCs in the hospital corridor that chase Sabitsuki and teleport her back to her bed when touching her. These are blurred, transparent versions of the fetus NPCs that are the main enemy when playing as Rust in the regular game.
