Official Japanese Wii Website Video#
A demonstration video posted on the official Japanese Wii website1 in September 2006.
- One different unused/early option in the hair selection(s).
- Different icon graphics: the nose in the Mii creation menu is mirrored, and many of the main menu icons, such as the Wii Remote or the speech bubble, have slightly different designs.
- Different selection sound effects.
- You can't send Miis to people.
- "Return to the Wii Menu" button is removed.
Early Mii Channel Preview Video#
Another preview/showcase of the Mii Channel, also from 2006. It's similar to the build above but still features several differences from both it and the final version. Differences include:
- Two unused/early options in the hair and eye selection(s).
- Different sound effects are used for the selection the user chooses.
- Early background music is used.
- Fewer options in the Mii Plaza.
