In the folder path game/hlvr/panorama/videos a video titled "anti_science.webm" which appears to be a rough storyboard depicting Doctor Wallace Breen in a documentary-like style can be found. The model seen in the video matches the one featured in magazines and newspapers found in the final game; and the voice actor, likely a Valve employee, is the same one heard in a leftover test audio found in the game files.
The video utilizes assets from Half-Life 2, running animations from Left 4 Dead, and a screenshot from the fan game Black Mesa, along with a screenshot from the fan animation "The Old Days" by Steam user KEGIC.
